I received an estimate at my home from Mr. Pyle to refinish my wood flooring. I emailed follow up questions to decide which company to use. Later, when I was finally ready to proceed, I emailed and called Mr. Pyle repeatedly with no response. When I finally reached him by phone, he said that he was very busy and since he was driving, and may not be available for about 3 mos. so, I asked him to get back to me about the date of availability and we could proceed from there. After about 2-3 more weeks, I again emailed and asked him if he was still interested in the job and to let me know either way

It's hard to beat these guys. We have a large home, and we've had floors redone throughout. Our usual contractor wasn't able to meet our schedule so I thought I would try someone new. We were not disappointed, and realized we should've used him all the way along. They went the extra mile in every respect to do a great job for us, and we had some finicky and tricky areas to do. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Cash Pyle and his crew of craftsmen did an outstanding job of sanding and refinishing an oak T&G plank floor in the office of my home as well as a total replacement of a water damaged oak T&G plank floor in the master bedroom. The work was practically dustless due to the high tech equipment used in the process. In addition, Cash worked with me to help reduce costs, outlining the prep work necessary that I as a home owner could do. If you are considering installing or refinishing hardwood floors, I strongly recommend Pyle Legacy Floors. Cash Pyle and his crew did an amazing job on our hardwood floors. Our home was built in the 1930's. Owners before us, had refinished the hardwood floors in the entry and part of the dining area, and carpeted the rest of the house, over the existing hardwood floors. We decided to refinish the exposed hardwood floors and pull up carpeting in the dining area to refinish that existing floor. Cash and his crew were amazing. I contacted them with very little notice and he worked with my schedule. Not only was the finished product wonderful (and a month later still looks beautiful) it is standing up to my dog learning how to handle smooth floors. Pyle Legacy Flooring did everything, from helping me pick stain, dealing with my own unavailability, helping me picture the final result at each step of the process, and of course cleanly and efficiently brought my old floors hidden under carpet for years back to life! Well I wish I could be a raving fan like the others that have posted positive reviews. I saw their company trailer in my neighborhood and was excited when I found them on Yelp and read all the positive reviews. I called them and left a voicemail message requesting a phone call back and I also went to their website and filled out their questionnaire.

Cash does impeccable work! He made our 50 year old floors beautiful again, and once they were done and I began fretting about how I knew we were going to "mess them up," he gave us the best advice: Go ahead and live on your floors! Every nick and scratch tells a story about living. I've remembered that many times as my kids have dragged and dropped things on the floor. The wood is no longer pristine, but we have stories! I've had Cash out to my home twice. Last year he installed hardwood in my dining room and kitchen that beautifully matches the existing wood in my entry and living room. We originally had Cash come in to repair our wood floor but found out it was just a thin vaneer which could not be repaired. He gave us mutiple options and listened patiently to our questions. He installed a natural finish white oak multiple width boards flooring which is beautiful! I was able to see the finished product after recommending Cash to my relatives. There are people or companies who put in floors, and then there is Pyle Legacy Floors. On a whole other level when it comes to craftsmanship. Not only can he install, but he can repair wood floors which takes absolute talent to match old floors with new wood install. I have never seen anyone as dedicated to what he does. Remarkable Craftsmanship and would recommend to ANYONE who has or is thinking of having wood floors.
