I had carpets removed and hardwood put into 2 common rooms and a hall. Furniture was removed at the beginning and replaced at the end. The work was done efficiently and carefully. I was very impressed with all the workers, Brian and Mitchell, the flooring specialists, and Jesse, the carpet finisher for their professionalism. Marilyn, in sales, was helpful throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the result.

Went to purchase carpet from here and a few things. They are overpriced and there is an employee named Bill who likes to stick his nose where it doesnt belong. He will spread lies just to stir the pot. If you want to keep your sanity and not overpay for carpet stay away from this place. They are also going out of business from what I understand and they are lacking in the customer service department.

My Gosh. Where do I begin. We were so lucky to have A & M carpets replace our carpets in our mountain cabin. Jose was so helpful. It took two weeks from our phone call to installation He came up to our home with samples and measured. We visited the showroom to make our final decision. He sent an amazing team that installed the carpet perfectly in one day! The entire process included observing appropriate Coronavirus precautions. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Steve Coxe is such a nice man and really knows his stuff. I was very happy with my carpet selection. The installers broke a couple of tile while replacing my old baseboards but Steve made sure the tile was repaired. The installers also banged up several of my walls. But overall, the installers were nice, professional and on time. They even moved my furniture. A & M has everything you need to remodel your home from carpet, hardwood floors, laminate floors, granite, quartz, window treatment and tile.

I was recommended to A&M by a friend. I Love my new floors, Jose and his team did a wonderful job. Week long installation and they were professional and courteous. Everyone were very professional and did a wonderful job! Our salesman Jose was on top of everything and did a great job setting it all up! Our installers were wonderful and polite! Theyhead guy whose name was also Jose, ran a good crew and did a great job making sure everything was done perfectly! They left a clean site every evening and started over again the next day. I have a very large house and it took them eight days to do, because it is so large. They moved the big furniture, so we didn't have to do all that. I would highly recommend them coming out to do any job that you needed

Be ready for some shady experiences when you trust A and M Design Center with your home. We have an enclosed breezeway in a new home we purchased last year and we wanted to get the old linoleum flooring removed and a new floor put in. We went to numerous places around town seeking quotes, but A and M had a comparable price and even had an installation opening a couple of days away.

I was recommended to A and M Design by a friend who is in the home building industry. Immediately upon walking in I was impressed by the selection of flooring materials. Jose was the sales rep that assisted me in choosing a new vinyl floor and carpet for my home renovation. It was very helpful that he allowed me to take several samples home to decide on which flooring to go with. That same evening he was in my house taking measurements and generating a quote for me. What was really impressive is how fast the installers were able to come out, demo and lay down the new carpet and vinyl flooring.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole at A&M. She was extremely informative and not pushy at all! She actually came out and did a quote for us back in March and then left us alone until we were ready to move forward with the job (which I really appreciate). She did everything she could to get our price where we wanted it. I paid $12,680.00 for 750 square feet of wood flooring. There are no words to explain how unhappy I am. Dealt with Rob Santos as the sales person and all he did for us is run my credit card. From holes/dings/scratches on almost every wall in our home, from the oil stains all over the front of our house. The whole experience leaves me feeling truly ripped off. When I did ask though what I could use to clean the brand new wood floor they left mud/glue/debris all over Rob told me I could go to Home Depot or Lowes to pick up a Bona cleaning kit! Well home depot of Lowes is where I should have bought

We had a great experience with A&M and working with Jose. We had our whole house replaced with new SPC laminate flooring. Jose walked us through all the different options and prices and we feel like we chose the best flooring for our needs. The team came in and removed all of the carpet and vinyl from our house. They also worked with our painters to fix and replace the baseboards. In one room we had to level the floor and it came out perfectly. We had a big project and they finished faster than we had estimated and the floors look amazing. I highly recommend the guys at A&M.

Our experience with A&M flooring was fantastic. We really liked our salesperson, Nicole, so we purchased our tile through them. She was extremely helpful during the selection process since we were needing a very specific tile. Went into this store with my husband. Was greeted by a gentleman. We said we were interested in doing our living room in a vinyl or laminate wood flooring. He kind of gestured to the general area where we might find some samples and walked away. There were so many to choose from and we were a little overwhelmed. We looked for the fellow, but he had seemed to vanish. Then a well dressed lady came in, he swooped to her side and completely ignored us. We finally gave up and left. Will never, ever step foot in that store again.

We had the most frustrating experience with A & M We ordered a Armstrong flooring for our kitchen in April, the job was finally completed a few weeks ago! Ran out of tile, did not protect adjacent areas from dust and dirt while chipping and hammering out old tile floor. Dust SO thick in air it was difficult to even breathe. Part of the solution was that they turned on our AC fan and dust went into our air ducts! But they weren't through yet, our doggie door was damaged, our Phantom Screen Door was broken, they bent the frame. My kitchen walls and adjacent rooms were full of dust

AM installed hardwood throughout my home. Jose was great about helping me make the right decision when selecting the floor that was right for my home. He was very knowledgeable and kept me from making a couple of big mistakes that I would have had to live with for a long time.
Juan and his crew did an excellent job installing the floors .We lived in the house w/indoor cat and the crew was great about accommodating us. Very professional installation crew and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I love my floors.

A&M Flooring America's slogan should be changed to, "You aren't worth our time." I visited with measurements in hand, glad to drop $1k in a quick easy sale after picking out platinum vinyl, and couldn't get a representative to spend more than 30 seconds to assist me after 30 minutes. Questions, guidance, and product information are not to be handled here. You are on your own to research materials, pros & cons, and even find product within the building! I will gladly provide my business to their competitors.
