Our quality and professional Spring Pool Opening Reassembly Service will assure that your swimming pool will be operating at peak efficiency. In addition to properly opening your swimming pool, we offer our homeowners a variety of services to choose from when opening their pool. From winter cover removal, shock and balance pool water, vacuum pool to emptying and clean your swimming pool.
Winter Watch will save you money on repairs and can reduce monthly maintenance during the summer, so you can enjoy your pool even more. Our team will periodically (approximately 2-3 times over the winter) schedule service and a visit to your pool between your closing and opening dates. You will only be charged for the actual number of visits we make.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was happy with this company UNTIL they were purchased by the new owner. I have spent a lot of monies having a new pump and filter system installed last year. When the filter was installed they cracked the pipes and it was to be corrected this year, however, the NEW owner is NOT honoring the commitment and wants to charge for the repair, even though the replacement is under warranty. It is stupid that he would throw away many years of service for a couple of hundred dollars... DO NOT use this company, they are terrible and their customer service is also terrible

We had originally been thinking about finding another pool company but we have had a great experience with Brad from Colony pool. He has been very attentive to our pool issues and is always available to discuss what's going on/ recommend what we should do. So far he's been involved in replacing two pool lights, a hot tub heater, a filter housing, and a few small fixes. Everything was done when he said it would be and with fair pricing. We are hoping that this level of service continues.

Responsive, helpful, courteous, and they keep your pool water crystal clear. Maintaining a pool is complicated, but Colony makes it so easy. The technicians are respectful and thorough. They are constantly helping you understand your pool and teach you tips to extend the life of your equipment and keep your water crystal clear. They suggest repairs and always take the most economic and beneficial route for you. During weekly maintenance, they spot problems and suggest easy fixes and follow through. If an issue arises between scheduled visits, all you have to do is call and they respond quickly

They do good work when they get here. The problem is when you contact them they never tell you when and if their coming. The communication with this company is non-existent. It’s like you have to beg them to take your money?
I also loved that when I setup my opening this year on their form it says ask for an estimate for weekly service. I checked it. Never heard anything then after a few weeks I asked them about my request and they said they were full. Again, no communication.

Had them close my pool last year and they were terrible. Did not do the complete job that was listed in the contract. The contract stated that they were to rinse out the filter grids. After they left, i checked out the pool and pool area. I noticed that my hose was never used and then checked all around the area and didn't see a drop of DE. I suspected they never rinsed my filter grids. I called the company and spoke to the manager and told him my concerns. He was very defensive and said that their workers are instructed to leave the area clean. I told them there is no way they can rinse the filters

Recent service call result: showed up at agreed time, clearly and politely explained what they intended to accomplish, worked very hard with no breaks (2 hour service call) and got the job done. This is consistent with my experience with numerous service calls over the years. Also a plus, the owner is hands on. Highly recommend Colony Pool Service of Delaware.
