With a combined 50 years of water safety, clarity, and maintenance experience, the founders of Neptune Pool Management, which is family owned and operated by the Lasavages believe that a pool management company should not only adhere to strict safety guidelines, but also provide a safe and healthy and fun work environment for its staff and patrons alike.
We are proudly Certified Red Cross Instructors, Trainers, with back grounds in exercise, and recreation management. The management team all have backgrounds in teaching, with a focus on aquatics. We do a complete line of repairs for any kind of line for example your pcv pipe and we take care of your pump room like no other.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Our son worked for Neptune 6/2021: was issued a fake paycheck (handwritten and false routing number) that took a month to correct and get paid. Now he has been issued a completely fabricated W2 form. At the time of employment the staff were subjected to verbal abuse and intimidation causing many to quit and the company to be replaced.

I am not even certain the guards hired are even certified and worse they are facetiming while on the stand. We belong to a large community pool, the pool is trashy, cloudy and the staff is rude. In all the years I have never seen the unprofessionalism Neptune has showed. I would give them a zero if I could. And don't even bother trying to complain, will get you nowhere.

I have an above ground pool with a step system that Neptune has helped me with for many many years. They were here today in 48 degree weather removing the steps and closing my pool. They were friendly, upbeat even in the cold (not easy working with water in cold weather) Removing and/or installing a step system is cumbersome and cannot be done without getting wet. Yet they always do what is asked of them. They put everything where it belongs and always do it in a friendly and professional manner . I am very pleased with what they do for us.

They installed a liner, filter and pump. I never got my receipt or warranty papers after calling and emailing over an Over. They left sharp objects under my liner he said he would fix it so many times never fixed the problem. Then next season I had them open my pool and they cracked my filter. It could have been fixed with warranty papers but he never gave them to me. I have emails to prove everything I'm saying is correct after two years not fixing my pool or filter I had to pay for a new filter out of pocket and now this year the sharp objects broke my liner and it's only been a couple years

Neptune pool management company is absolutely amazing with the way that they handle large complex and swimming pools like for condominiums and things of that such. I have worked with this company now for over four years and I have seen what they do and I know the quality of their work and I know when you work with Alberts team you will be delighted at how he manages your pool. They've got lifeguards Dave got entertainment they've got everything you could possibly imagine and the quality of the way that they work is amazing.

I wanted to rate them a BIG ZERO, That's what they deserve. I completely agree with the review from Jesse. But, many times over.
The people are unreliable and, except for Dave, unprofessional, with little to no experience. This is reflection on the owner, Al. If the customer has a problem with work done, he may answer your call, (if he doesn't realize whose calling) and may send someone to repair the problem many days later. If however, the problem is too difficult to resolve, he will DO NOTHING!!!
If you're even thinking of using this company DON'T. YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!
