Services
This system is proven to work and not fail while saving homeowners thousands of dollars. The King Pier - Foundation Pier & Stabilization System was designed by me (Jim King) who went to work as a young man at the age of 23 for one of the largest and well-known construction companies, Clarkson Construction Co.
Focused services are what we stand by - Many companies claim a long list of services, we don't. King Piers LLC was founded with a focused vision: We would rather be the best at a few services than offer the most variety. Every project that the King Piers Team does, homeowners are thrilled to see exactly where their money is going and feel confident that the largest purchase they make, their home, is safe sound for generations to come.
King Piers LLC employs the use of its own patented foundation repair pier that is used as a footing support system to successfully raise a sinking footing back to its correct level elevation. Foundation settlement is due to footing failure which brings down the foundation wall that it sits on.
Concrete repairs are inevitable in the Midwest! It's a fact that the Midwest is a wonderful place to live for a variety of reasons. However, the ground it sits on is made up of soil compositions and ever-changing weather conditions that can be harsh on concrete foundations and structures. Most homeowners, through the life of their homes, will experience some sort of concrete repair issue.
Basement waterproofing is something that just makes sound investment protection sense as a homeowner. Not only does it help prevent flooding, mold or mildew formation, and cracks and fissures, it can also increase your home's value and reduce energy costs.

We hired King Piers in February 2015 to correct foundation issues we were having in our Lee's Summit home. Jim came out and laid out a pretty comprehensive (and expensive) plan to correct all the issues. He reviewed the 25 year warranty and assured us we would not have any ongoing issues. The work took approximately 7 days. The crew that came out were very careful to try and not disturb us and keep things as clean as possible. When it was completed everything seemed to be fine and back level.
This is where the promises and customer service starts to fall apart. The first time we had to contact

I recieved four estimates for my sinking foundation, several from the popular companies that advertise regularly. King Piers was not only competitive but very realistic about how to solve my problems. The owner came out and provided a quick and easy estimate.

I am very glad I went with King Piers. I have a home in south Johnson County. They were able to pier my foundation, fill in the cracks with epoxy, fix cracks in my brick exterior and drywall interior as well as fixing a leaky window well in the basement. Enrique was awesome to work with and has my total trust. Very hard working crew. Thank

If you want an honest opinion, call these guys. I am a realtor and I recommend them to all of my clients. They won't make it a bigger deal than it actually is just to get more money from you. Heck- I've even had them help out clients that had very minor issues. Thank goodness I can rely on these guys when I need them.

Honest and fair quote, and job well done. We had a small crack in the foundation, and while others were trying to sell us thousands in systems we didn't need, King Piers was able to fix the problem appropriately and in a timely manner.

We had a few cracks to fill that required them to dig holes. Work was done very well and completely solved our issue. We did have an issue during the job, but they made sure it was corrected quickly. The owner called me personally to make sure it got taken care of. Price was also very competitive. They also level a window well and added gravel to it for free!

I can't say I would recommend. Regretfully I had to arrange appointments with them in order to finish their work and hound them a bit. I had to call the supervisor out, since the house/job wasn't level to what they claimed. They left mounds of dirt around the exterior. The only positive is that the price was the same as originally claimed. When they "over-jacked" the foundation, they caused more cracks than what were originally there. The epoxy that they used on the cracks for the garage floor stayed "tacky" for weeks" I think if they would have gotten

We received an estimate for $1,000 but was told it would normally be $2,000. I asked if they could could go ahead and write the estimate for $2,000 because we were in the process of purchasing the home and trying to negotiate the price down. There were a lot of issues that had to be taken care of and the sellers did not want to come down in price, I figured this would help. I was assured we would only be charged $1,000 but in the end we were charged $2,000. Probably my fault for not getting it in writing. We asked them also about replacing some concrete right by our garage, how much it would

I had a crack in my foundation and also had a one time incident of some moisture coming through a seam in the concrete (from a broken pipe outside connected to the sump pump). Jim King came out and told me what type of repair/fix was needed. I also got another estimate from another company. The other company, whose commercials I see on TV, sent out a guy who had been with the company 2 months and the guy told me I needed thousands of dollars in intrusive repairs that would forever change the look of my basement, not to mention creating a financial hardship. He kept trying to make things seem
