We purchased our house newly built in 2018. At just 3 years old, we are having foundation issues. The builder refused to fix the issues. So I called The Roc. They came out and checked out my entire house. Instead of trying to sell us on getting the foundation repaired, they helped us get an engineer to inspect the house and provide a second opinion. From the jump, their main concern was that our home was structurally safe for my family. That really stood out to us! We are both grateful and amazed. Grateful because we needed to work the foundation repair into a huge construction schedule (due to extensive fire damage) and Jay was able to rearrange his busy schedule to accommodate us. We are amazed at how he and his crew were concerned with making sure we were informed of every stage of the work and at a very reasonable price. They even did some extra work on our paver patio and a tree branch that was in the way. We would highly recommend The Roc Foundation Repair to anyone needing their foundation fixed. On occasion I have left a review, but I highly recommend The Roc Foundation Repair as they have done an awesome job.

I have hired out for many home projects, but I have never been more satisfied than I was with Jay and his team at ROC foundation repair. I was in need of having my driveway replaced and called around many different service providers. Not only was ROC one of the most competitive in pricing (the whole driveway cost around 3500 whereas others quoted me at 10k) but they were able to get me scheduled and the project started right away (I called Tuesday and the driveway was finished Thursday). I could not be happier with the result or the customer service. If you are looking to book a project, stop here

Jack hammered old garage concrete floor out, cleaned up and removed all old concrete debris.
Prepped and poured in new concrete floor. Very professional and text or called me during and after the project was complete.
Roc Foundation employees and management went above and beyond my expectations and was very respectful of the property. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the way Jay advised me and stayed in touch until I made a decision to go with the ROC Foundation. Best decision I could have made! They lifted my patio and repaired my front sidewalk. I had to have 8 piers for the patio and it was worth every penny. The guys that did the work were very nice and professional, these guys work hard! Very reasonable priced, extremely happy with the work. Don't hesitate to contact Jay at the Roc Foundation.

I seldom leave reviews for products or services but I just had to convey my appreciation for a job well done. I worked with Jay to get my house leveling needs on his schedule. We used words like capability and trust. Yes trust. Jay assured me that my expectations would be met to my satisfaction. His crew showed up ready to work.
