After being referred to Steady House, I read the reviews and was very impressed by what I read. We had them come out for an inspection and was very impressed by their promptness and professionalism of the first meeting with them. They were here when they said they would be and talked with us extensively about what we needed and then quoted us a fair price! They repaired my dad's foundation within hours and did an excellent job. I called them and asked them to check out my house. They did a free inspection and within 2 weeks they did a great job at my house in Garland, Texas. They worked quickly and were priced very reasonable!

When Philip came to do our estimates, my husband and I were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Not only he knew what he was talking about, but he also showed his care and was very patient in explaining everything in detail to us and gave us peace of mind. He assured us that we did not need to be worried about our house's foundation situation and whatever needed to be done to fix the issue they would do it. We were wonderfully pleased with the quality of work we received from Steady House foundation! After they came and gave us an estimate; within a week they were here completing the job. It went pretty quickly. Everyone was professional. We had internal and external piers so it was pretty extensive. Steady House cleaned up after the job. I'm going to share a few pictures to show some of the process.
