Why we use drilled pier technology: It is the oldest and most proven method of foundation repair. 5-stars all the way here! If you want honesty and transparency, you'd be foolish to look anywhere else for foundation work.
I had a concern about a crack in my slab and Metro Steve of Tex foundation came out in short notice and performed an evaluation.
With my level of concern, any other company would have taken advantage and tried to sell a whole bunch of stuff. Steve was honest and truthful with his evaluation - no HUGE concern. Just a few knowledgeable recommendations that only comes with experience.
Not a salesperson. The recommendations given were for me to do at my leisure. I trusted Steve

This is a helpful, efficient, and hard-working company. We had a house with some moderate foundation problems and Steve was great to work with. His prices are reasonable, and his crew was so very hard-working and professional. We needed plumbing work done also and Steve helped me through it all. The new owners are lucky to have their warranty with Metro-Tex.

My client was in the process of purchasing a house, the home inspector pointed out that the house has foundation issues. We wanted to know if it could be fixed, also how much it would be. Due to the option period, we had to get the estimate right away, Steve squeezed me into his busy schedule. He explained each issue very clearly. He is very professional and also honest. We have called Steve to our home for both foundation and drainage repair quotes and under both circumstances he has assured us that repairs are unnecessary and could cause more harm than good. My husband and I appreciate his honesty and integrity at a time when he could have easily sold us services that we didn't actually need. If our situations change, we'll definitely call Metro Tex back again to do repairs for us.

I did not hire Metro-Tex Foundation for the work on my house. But I did have Steve come out to my home to look at my foundation and give me an estimate for repair, if needed. After spending a few minutes in my house looking and talking to me he recommended 9 piers be installed through my floor in the center of my house. He never even used the "ZipLevel" on my house to see if there were high or low spots. Two following foundations companies have said my foundation is fine, especially in the center of my house. I call Metro-Tex Foundation based on reviews...but will not be using them for any work

MetroTex did an awesome job. The crews are very professional and cleaned everything afterward. The cracks are all closed up. The door is closed again. The window is back into place. 16 concrete piers were installed. Everything went smoothly. The whole process was quick and done within a week. Give Steve a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Metro-Tex Foundation did an awesome job fixing a 7/10'' settlement of the corner of the house I just bought in Frisco, TX. They had to come out twice - first to drill the holes and pour concrete, then, after a week (to let concrete settle and dry) - to install 5 concrete piers. The whole house is now perfectly level.
Metro-Tex crew took a good care of my landscaping, restored the sprinkler system to it's original working state. Work is covered by the lifetime transferable warranty.
As in previous review - Metro-Tex was recommended to me by the structural engineer who inspected my house before
