Always WAY behind schedule when putting up for the season. My awnings still haven’t been installed and I requested they would be first week of May. It’s now a month behind.
They get more and more behind their schedule and I’ve been a customer for 13 years.

I've always found them to be extremely responsive. Last week a wind storm blew my awning fabric off the head rod... I sent a late night email, and a crew was out to fix it the very next morning! All of my experiences have been nothing but positive. Highly recommend.

My. Lebanon has been storing my awning for years. This year they sent me a bill for piece of my awning that was ripped and alittle it of the decorative outlining coming out to $800 and some change to fix or $3,000 to replace..I went to the awning picked it up opened the awning on my drive way and noticed a small rip on the outer edge that wasnt more than 3 inches long.
Before picking it up they gave me this long speech about it dry rotting and what not and why it needed this $800 patch. It took me longer to thread the needle than it was to sew it together.

I called to get some estimates and a time-frame to have an awning taken down. The boy I talked to was extremely rude and acted like it was the worst experience to answer my concerns. At the end of the call he hung up on me. I would have appreciated a kind and understanding representative answering the phones.
