We hired Affordable Tent and Awnings to replace 3 large awnings on the back of our house. The day the came to do the install, we were told they measured wrong for one of the awnings and it would have to be reordered. We were disappointed, but we were ok with that. Then, we noticed the two they did install were short on each side by several inches, which is not at all how are previous awnings were. The fabric went end to end. Our middle awning is now sagging terribly. The customer service is less than satisfactory. They had no interest in seeing any of the issues we were reporting. The woman that

I am retracting my initial positive review of this company. Initially the installation was great and we're happy with the awning. They removed the awning for storage in November and put it back up in early April as we requested. However, things have gone south from there. When we purchased the awning we requested November take down and early April to reinstall and they assured us this is not a problem. Then out of the blue I receive this letter in the mail. The product is good but if you're looking for storage service - stay away!

I have an existing awning that I purchased from a different supplier. That supplier went out of business so I needed a new supplier to help me with awning removal and installation due to having heart issues. Affordable awnings was recommended to me and I called to ask for service. The person was very rude and said if I didn’t purchase my awning from them I was out of luck. What ever happened to customer service and being friendly? I am surprised they are still in business.

Josh and his team made all the difference for my business opening. They offered a solution that not only worked perfectly it did not detract from the space design. Excellent customer service and they jumped through hoops to work within my tight timeframe, my canopy solution was in place before my company's debut. They delivered what was exactly described - the small metal frame is undetectable for a professional look.

Super pleased with our awning! It looks great whether open or closed. It makes a world of difference on our deck. Josh was very easy to work with to get an estimate and pick out what we needed. The installation went quick. And they did a great job of explaining everything. And the price was very reasonable! I can’t recommend them enough.

Wow what a terrible experience I have had with this company and the owner Nicole. I called on August 3rd to book tables and chairs for my wedding Septmeber 26t 2020. After not getting the email with my contract I figured that they wrote my email down. I then sent them an email (So they could have the correct email) to let them know I did not get the emailed contract. A few days passed and I still did not get it. I then called and left a message on 8/13. After still not getting any call or email back. I emailed again and called 10 times since August 3rd. Finally on September 15th Nicole the owner

Josh & team was great to work with. Josh came by promptly to give us estimate of awning and was very professional with the process. Josh even told us that for the size awning we needed, going with an automatic would not be a necessary investment.
The price was significantly lower than the other companies we had come by for a quote. The awning was installed today and the team was extremely helpful. Couldn't be happier with the product.
