This company when run by the original owner was great. Whoever is running the business now is the most rude arrogant being I have ever dealt with. They came unannounced and took down my awning. When I called to ask why they came unannounced,the response was "we sent an email ". We never received it. I asked if they got a response authorizing the take down, the response was we don't do that. I asked if he thought that was a good idea and a good way to run a business. I was told to check the spam box. I did advise that I was having people over and didn't want it down. I was told

A great job done by Paul and his crew at my house. I needed to have my old cloth awnings replaced - a total of 7 pieces of varying sizes. The estimate was done quickly and was quite reasonably priced! I placed my order and was contacted by his sewing staff during the process so that everything would be right. The installation crew was friendly and efficient. The look - perfect! Terrific quality (I got the top quality cloth available...very much worth it and hardly much more!). This is the place to go for your awning needs! Excellent!!!

We got a new awning today from Awnings by Paul. We could not be more pleased. The gentlemen that installed were extremely nice, polite and personable. The awning looks even better than we thought. They were… fast, efficient, clean and professional. They made sure to explain why some slight changes had to be made and even suggested a way to save us over $400. I would recommend this company for your awnings. Will definitely use them again.

Just wonderful! I replaced my canvas and went with awnings by Paul! In the past I have dealt with mt. Lebanon awnings and every thing took forever, from ordering, late installs , late take downs, excessive costs for cleaning and repairs . Paul prices were very fair, ordering was good , and install was quick!

I had a good experience & hopefully it continues as the founder of the business retired or is supposed to be. I wanted porch awnings + possibly some mosquito netting installed. Paul came to my house at the scheduled time, on what turned out to be a frigid February day. He took all his measurements & within a day I had a professionally prepared estimate by e-mail.
My next step was getting approval from my condo association. I had only one choice of pattern, so that was easy to select as he determined that from other units that had their awnings up all winter. But for the mosquito netting
