We can provide a thumb drive with a detailed sewer report upon request. Sewer inspections enable you to diagnose the condition of pipes and how well they are functioning.

We had a clogged kitchen sink right after Christmas. We tried to use a plunger and run a snake but could not fix it. Called a couple plumbing companies and Jafco responded quickly.
Graydon was the one who helped us. He showed up after his 5th appointment of the day. He ran a really long snake into the pipe and unclogged the grease. He keeps work area clean and does not leave a mess behind. He also gave us tips on future maintenance on the pipes. He is professional and courteous.
We really appreciate Graydon's service and would recommend his service to anyone.

I accidentally called them instead of Skyway Water and Sewer ( where my water bill comes from). The dispatcher was friendly and I asked about getting a plumber out to fix a leak and a toilet. Miguel came out maybe an hour later. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was able to fix all my plumbing issues and didn't even mind while I obnoxiously watched from a distance and chatted him up while he worked. He expressed that he really liked working for this company and he gets treated well. I will definitely be calling for him again when something comes up. I like supporting companies

Had a backed up sewer system and have had problems for many many years. They were at my house within 2 hours. After sending a camera down my lines we noticed that my lines were starting to collapse. I received a quote for pipe bursting. Though this is something no one wants to pay for they make it easy. They do offer zero interest loan for 18 months just to get you going. The crew was very friendly and Mitch was great to work with throughout the process. Within 5 days of having problems I had a brand new line installed and my yard looks like it did before after they cleaned up.

Jafco just completed a big sewer lining job at our condo building in Lower Queen Anne. They saved us money buy recommending the latest pipe lining technology that will last us up to 50 years. Their team was professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. They were accessible by cell phones and text on site daily. They helped our board plan the project and relay information and schedules to our residents. They accommodated hours of work to give our residents time to ready for their day and park in garages at night. I would highly recommend Jafco to anyone who needs sewer work!

Additional review. After the initial mysterious disappearance of my service tech (turns out his wife was in labor), and my previous review, Jafco reached out and promptly rescheduled my estimate. Very impressed with the rapid, same-day response on a Sunday from Noah at Jafco when our kitchen faucet in the home we've been in for a year randomly started severely leaking. Noah suspected a supply line issue and noted it would cost the same for him to replace the faucet as to repair it. We decided to replace the faucet (sooner than we had planned) and Noah recommended Delta touchless as reliable, great warranty, and a one-hour or less install, which we could buy online. I do not write reviews very often, but I had to for this company. We have an older home with galvanized pipes. Living in West Seattle, we see the same three plumbing companies working in our area and so we don't know what else is out there. I grateful to my neighbors for hiring JAFCO. Otherwise I would not know they existed. Here is the review.

I needed a quick turnaround to take care of some clogged drains. Garrett was very helpful and arranged an appointment for the next day. We needed to reroute a gas line to make its location compatible with our new stove. We hired Jafco because of our recent, very favorable, experience with their installation of a side sewer liner. Technicians David and Alex were knowledgeable and courteous, they performed the work in a professional manner, they completed the task on time, and the kept the work area clean. They encountered an unexpected obstacle that forced them to alter their planned approach. They quickly devised an alternate plan that worked to perfection, an accomplishment that speaks to their in-depth plumbing know-how.

I contacted jafco because my main line was draining very slowly, after having another company come that was unable to get a camera down my sewer line, Brandon came to my house and was able to get his camera down and locate the broken sewer pipe which connects to a common sewer on my neighbors side, I felt very comfortable during the process, everything was explained and shown to me in great detail of what they found after excavation, they started at 9 am and I had a working sewer again by about 2 pm, everyone was very kind and helpful during the process, as you can imagine having sewer issues is

I had a major sewer line issue that was causing a backup and was very hard to troubleshoot exactly where the issue was. Brandon came out and got in my crawlspace and ran a camera to locate exactly where this issue was and told me exactly what needed to be done. I appreciated his genuine approach and his estimate was extremely fair. If you're having sewer line issues and looking for someone knowledgeable and fair I recommend having Brandon come out from Jafco Plumbing and Sewer.

Fantastic experience with Jafco for my house repipe! Needed to upgrade from old galvanized lines to Pex. Spoke/met with six different plumbing companies. Patrick (the ops mgr) came out for the estimate and was a total professional. Asked the right questions with no pressure at all to close the deal (not simply a sales job!!). The estimate was very competitive and crew of two (Wyatt and Anthony) finished the job in two days on schedule. Them having an office in Tacoma was a plus.

Jafco did a trenchless replacement of my main water supply line. They were prompt, professional, and affordable. They were willing to work with me on pricing and offered a competitive bid that was reasonable for both parties. Dewayne, the project manager, was polite and professional, taking time to fully walk me through the process of the work they'd be doing. I called Jafco when water was seeping through my basement, which I feared might have been a burst pipe or worse, and Ron came out and took a look the same day. He spent a good amount of time looking around and trying to diagnose the issue and was incredibly thoughtful and thorough (and hilarious!). Turns out, it's likely not a plumbing issue, and since I didn't need plumbing work done, Ron didn't charge for his time. If I have plumbing issues in the future though, I will definitely be calling Jafco and Ron!

Let me start off by saying Jafco Plumbing and Sewer Is amazing. I called on a Sunday because my sewer was backing up and they came out immediately, they even gave me a follow up call to let me know the technician was on his way. They quoted me a flat rate price to clear my sewer that was half the price of what others quoted me. Unfortunately after several attempts to try and clear the blockage they were unsuccessful. Jafco provided me with a quote the same day and was able to get me a working sewer by the end of the day.
