Loren, the owner of Loe’s, responded quickly to my call for service to our Whirlpool washer. By just talking to him he immediately knew the problem. The service call was reasonably priced and was applied to the cost of the total repair. His knowledge of appliances and repair experience saved me over 75% of the cheapest replacement. I highly recommend Loe’s!

My fridge stopped working and I called 4 local places, most didn't have an appt for almost a week! Loe's answered and asked questions about the fridge and walked me through how to get mine fixed through warranty. Sacrificing time and money in his pocket. Very grateful to still have people who care about people. Will contact him for other needs!

Laron is extremely knowledgeable & honest. His prices are very reasonable, especially given that he doesn't waste any time. I had an issue with a Fisher & Paykel washing machine. I called around and couldn't find many people who worked on that brand. Laron came out, diagnosed the problem within, literally, within minutes. He was able to locate the part and returned the next day to install it. I am going to have him check out some issues with a compressor noise on a high end wine refrigerator. Laron is a good guy and I would highly recommend him.
