Highly unprofessional and incompetent. I had two scheduled appointments with Highpoint Chimney. Nobody showed up to either appointment, even after I called to confirm to ensure they didn't miss the appointment. Both times the representative blamed scheduling on their faulty system. Very frustrating and unorganized.

Had an appointment for 11:30. Called at 12:30 after no one had arrived. Rep stated the tech was running late but would be on the way soon. Waited until 3pm. Called back and was told appointment was cancelled earlier at 12:40 even though I never asked for cancellation and was still waiting for tech to arrive. Will find a different company. Not going to waste another day waiting for this one

I recently had a new gas meter installed and after I was told my chimney was clogged and not drafting properly. Well I googled and came across High Point Chimney service. Well this company is amazing. The were very professional, on time and exceptional work. They installed a liner in my chimney also. I couldn’t be happier with the job their techs did. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone needing chimney work done. Honest, great prices, on time and their techs did a great job cleaning up after. 5 stars all day. I am usually skeptical when using contractors, but with High Point Chimney, they made me feel like family. The owner name is Jeremy, he has this personal touch on the work that he does. The work came out great, was very affordable, but the best part was the way they made me feel involved, explained everything, and asked if I felt comfortable with all of the information given to me.

Extremely Professional Employees and service. I found them after browsing local businesses that can offer inspections. I was on a tight schedule and needed to get an inspection done from one day to the next. They were fully booked for the day but the owner himself came out to do the inspection. Jeremy is an extremely dedicated businessman, values his customers and knows his craft. I will absolutely recommend him to my network of friends, family and clients.

Our chimney was in working conditions before we even called them. We needed a damper, this is the reason we called them. When they came, they said that on top of the damper we also needed a cap because according to them it was too small for our chimney. We trusted the "processionals" which it was a big mistake. When they finished their job, our chimney is not in working conditions anymore, and the worst part is that our house almost caught on fire because of this. We tried using the chimney after they did what it was needed and three times smoked inside the house and the firefighters had to be

Owner Jeremy and crew, Matt and Greg were very knowledgeable and efficient. They also were excellent in explaining why and what repairs needed to be done. They also gave me a heads up on what would be needed in the future and to keep a watch on it. We have four chimneys and they worked on three of them. I would recommend them with no hesitation!!
