Pretty sure our air ducts had never been cleaned since it was built. Cal Duct provided before and after pictures and showed me what was pulled from the vents. they also did extra work to clean out my dryer vent which were hard to access. my clothes now dry in about 1/3 the time, saving time and money. will use this service again in the future.

My dryer was taking 3 hours to dry and I had just purchased a new dryer so I knew the issue had to be that the dryer duct was clogged and needed cleaning. I reached out to multiple companies, but decided on Cal Duct Cleaning because Frank who answered the phone was very accommodating. They sent Kyle the technician out who was able to clean by dryer duct thoroughly.

Everyone should have dryer/vent work done by this team. Very responsive, respected covid guidelines while on my property. But mostly my dryer works in one cycle now!! It was taking 4-5, I was starting to smell smoke when it was running. So I called up Cal Duct Cleaning, they gave me a appointment within a day of calling. So happy will call these guys again.

I picked these guys to service our chimney in our 2 story Berkley house, because the sweep we usually use was busy and the Yelp reviews were good.
It was a disaster. First of all, even though I told them we have a 2 story house, they sent a single guy out in a compact car with a small ladder that didn't reach the bottom of our 2nd story windows. So he had to borrow my ladder, which just barely reaches our roofline. Since he was just a single guy, I had to stand out there and hold the ladder for him every time he went up and down to the roof. It didn't feel super safe.
Then, when

I had contacted him for dry cleaner lint cleaning. He said that its fixed price of $149 and they won't charge anything extra. After around 30 minutes he told me that few screws in the dryer also need to be opened and the lint should be cleaned. I requested him to do it and he declined. So basically this guys wanted to be paid $149 for 30 minutes i.e. ~ $300/hour and still decline to fully clean the lint. Also I had told him on the call that dryer is stacked and needs to be bought down. He even did not put it down to clean the pipe. If you value your money, don't contact him. HE IS A
