We met Steve once and he patiently listened to our needs and concerns. We weren't just another client, we felt fully confident in his team to move our personal belongings. The day of our move his team came fully prepared with portable closet hangers, blankets, and quickly loaded the truck. After arriving at our new home, they took a break and started unloading and making sure everything was placed where we wanted it. Thank you Steve and your amazing Cowboy Movers!

Used Cowboy movers as a recommendation from a friend. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Steve was amazing and prompt when he gave us our quote and his team made two trips back and forth. Nothing was damaged or broken, and they far exceeded my expectations for a successful and stress free move!

Cowboy Movers are amazing! After an emotional move, I couldn't find a box of my clothes. I called Steve, the owner, in hysterics. He calmed me down and assured me the box was at my house. I guaranteed him it was not! He made the long trek to my house (with a broken femur and at night) and found the box within five minutes. He completely went out of his way for me. I have recommended Cowboy Movers to many people and will continue to do so because they go above and beyond for their customers!

We got our keys and were able to move into our new house September 1 which happened to be Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Steve got a crew together for that day and after they got to our house we were moving from, they worked tirelessly and hauled butt over 17 hours worth of work. We never thought in a million years we had that much stuff nor that it would take that long, but after working from 930am to 230am in the morning--we realized that yes, we have a ton of stuff! I contacted these movers months ago, via email, to get a quote for moving some items into storage. After several days, they finally got back to me. I emailed them again two weeks ago to get a quote for moving out of state. They never contacted me so, I hired another company. Their communication skills leave a lot to be desired.

This company is absolutely amazing. They are the best moving company I have ever used and the only one I will ever use again. I have hired them for two moves for myself, four moves for my boss, and a movie for my mom as well. Steve, the owner is just absolutely fantastic. Such a professional and attentive mover who takes absolute pride in his work and who he hires. He is also an incredibly stand up guy who volunteers with veterans groups and helps get donated furniture to furnish veteran apartments. Jake and Eric are outstanding as well. They are so pleasant and always make a stressful experience

Cowboy Movers helped us move from Riverside to Chino last October 2016. We could not have received better service. From start to finish to was an exceptional experience. Every employee of Cowboy Movers was polite, helpful and extremely hard working. I could not have asked for a better experience/service. This is the very first time I have done a YELP review but after I had the pleasure of hiring Cowboy Movers, I was compelled to get the word out. Three movers came to our home and help me and my family move out of r home of 21 years. They were professional, efficient, thoughtful and the hardest working men I have seen. I have NO idea how this place has 5 stars. I am 39 weeks pregnant and made that very clear. We were scheduled for 12:00pm to move my home. I called morning of and it sounded like I woke up the owner at 9:00am. We confirmed for noon. 12:39 rolls around so I send a text, I get a call stating he had said 2:00. Which who starts moving an entire house at 2:00? So 2:00 comes around and nothing, I called at 2:30 with no answer. My mother in law called and the owner answered and hung up on her. The truck finally shows up at 3:15. We told them we wouldn't be using their services. I understand the industry

I was looking for a moving company on somewhat short notice. Contacted three companies and Steve was the only one to call me back. Great communication, they showed up on time for the estimate appointment, and called me when the truck was running late on move morning to make sure I knew they were coming. Workers knocked it out in no time but took great care of our things, including several pieces of large antique furniture. I will be happy to recommend Cowboy Movers to my friends and Real Estate clients.

After researching 3 different moving companies, we opted to go with the Cowboy Movers. We thank the yelpers for writing honest reviews of their experience. We hired the Cowboy Movers for packing and loading our one bedroom apartment into our uhaul. With 6 hrs drive ahead of us, we packed most of our things to speed up the process. For the bigger, more important items, they did a good job of packing and loading, and we avoided any damages from the bumpy ride. The price for 2 men, 2 hours work was fair and the company didn't tag on a 3% charge for using credit card.

Cowboy Movers is amazing to say the least! Jake & Mando hustled..I mean hustled to move & pack my 2 bedroom town home into my uhaul and they even unloaded it at my final destination! I used Cowboy Movers extremely last minute and Steve, the owner, accommodated my last minute request no questions asked.
The price was extremely fair, and three guys came out to move my studio apartment, and did so extremely efficiently. They were very friendly and professional.
Only downside was a couple of items were left at my old place by accident (I went back to do a cleaning and found a few small items here and there), and also one item was accidentally left in their truck...however, Steve delivered it to me personally and was once again extremely accommodating. Overall--this really was

We used Cowboy movers in our move a few months ago, August, 2014. I can definitely recommend them. Their prices were competitive with anyone. You'll know exactly what your cost is up front. But the main thing is they work very hard and do a great job, and are the most trustworthy moving company I have ever used.

This was my first time using movers and the Cowboy Movers did not disappoint. Derek and Barry showed up right on time and were fast and courteous as they loaded all my belongings into their trailer. They made sure that everything was packed an secure before we were on our way.
I was impressed at how quickly the made the drive from Riverside to San Clemente. In no time at all they had unpacked everything and had sorted it properly into its proper location. We were done by lunch!
