Terry was recommended to me by my Realtor and within minutes of my call to his office he sent his guys over FREE OF CHARGE to look at my unit. His prices were by far the best out of the estimates that I received that week from Larry & Sons and Johnson & Johnson and the only downside to using this company- and the reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 star, was that his team was very busy and could not fit me in for 2 weeks.. Which in the hottest month of the year (August) seemed like an eternity. On the scheduled day though, they were here as scheduled and Travis was very polite and friendly

We live in Martinsburg, WV and had our heat pump and handler replaced by Fire and Ice several months ago.
We chose them because a co worker of mine had them install his heat pump something like 10 years ago and he said he hasn't had any problems with it since they installed it.
My co worker chose them because his neighbor had his heat pump replaced by them and was very happy with their work. So I figured if those two were happy customers then we would be also.
It's a family owned business and I think 3 brothers and some other relatives all work there. We chose a 15 seer with an upgraded filter
