We set an appointment because our cool air wasn't coming out. Turns out it was my own negligence and I didn't change our filter for almost 2 years... oops. They suggested that over the phone but still set the appointment to check it out. When we changed the filter and cool air came out I called to let them know we didn't need service. They didn't charge us for any appointment cancelation or anything. I told them that they were so nice and the customer service was so spot on that we would contact them whenever we needed HVAC repair. I called a bunch of places to set an appointment and had terrible

Trenary came out in September of 2020 to fix a Freon leak. Instead of sweating the pipe (soldering) they used a SharkBite style connector to repair the leak. This was not known until the work was done. When the technician was questioned about the use of this style of connector, he stated it was rated for this type of pressure. That it was "an $80 connector, it's not going to leak. If it does we'll come back."
Fast-forward to May 2021. The connector has failed and is leaking Freon again. Called the office on Monday to see if their work was covered under warranty. The representative I spoke to said

My review for Trenary Service Company is not good. I had Joe from the company come out. The service call was $99.00. All he did was to do a factory reset on the thermostat. The thermostat would lose power during the heating cycle. It would keep doing this over and over. Joe thought it was corrected, however it was not. I had to schedule another appointment. When i made the appointment i told them that i was not going to pay for them to come back when it was not fixed the first time. I waited almost a month. On the day he was scheduled to come out, the office called and said it would be $165.00

I hired Trenary to do a regular seasonal maintenance on my oil furnace. They replaced the nozzle, filter and cleaned the fire chamber. That's it. No complications or issues. The tech was at my residence no more than 50 minutes. The charge was a ridiculous $265!!! That has to be at least $100 over the typical price for the service. The invoice indicates the business now goes under the name of T. Lynn, LLC. Be sure to price around before hiring this company.

The owner, Joe, is very knowledgeable and honest. Gave an accurate and affordable quote on my gas furnace + installation. The men who installed it, Frank and his son were friendly, diligent, and punctual. They took the time to show me how to replace the air filters and made sure to give me all the manufacturer's manuals. For what it's worth my old dog loved all of them and they seemed to genuinely enjoy her company. They even went as far as to fix the lever of the sump pump while they were here. Exemplary is an accurate adjective for their service and my experience with them today.

This company did a great job for me. I needed an electrician to come take care of a big problem with my phone lines. My phone system is very complicated and the wiring is a maze of wires. Someone from our phone provider had come and actually made the problem worse, so I reached our to this company. They were professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. There were actually two completely separate problems in my phone lines and they kept at it (in the freezing rain) until they corrected everything. I had a really great experience with this company and I will use them again.

Three heat pumps replaced, units are extremely quite and air quality is outstanding. Change out crew showed up as scheduled , professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Ladies in the office even filed warranty paperwork. Would highly recommend Trenary Services for any heating or cooling repairs or replacement . Outstanding customer service , Thanks for a job well done.

Amazing company to deal with. Love their service tech. Very friendly and personable and honest. Prices are reasonable and service was super fast. Have used them twice in the last 2 mths ( have two systems on my house that went down at different times) and on this second call they were out on the same day, lucky me!!! They even give you a call from the office when the tech is on his way to your house. When I eventually need to replace my systems I will be calling Trenary.
