My A/C went out on a 100 degree day. I called Edgar’s at 8am and they told me they’d send someone out to look at it between 9am-12pm. At 9am they knocked on my door. He was here working for 2 hours trying to diagnose and correct the problem. He was extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and provided a sense of trust. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did and the parts he had to repair. 10/10 recommend and we will never go elsewhere after our pleasant experience. Thankfully because of Edgar’s and their quick response, we were only without A/C for a day

They charged me around 630.00 to replace the motor in my outdoor HVAC unit last summer. 1st they came out and charged me between 75-100.00 claiming the unit was dirty and that's why it wasn't operating. After the initial visit the unit was STILL broken at which point a 400+ dollar motor was put in because I still have my invoice of what was done. A couple people thought I was ripped off, but sometimes after you make a big purchase everyone suddenly could have got you a better price. I wrote the situation off because the guys that came out where professional and courteous and got the job done. AC

Called at 7:45 am on 5/11 and left a voicemail to please call back to set up an appointment to look at my central air unit because it had quit running. Since I had not received a call back, I called again at 1 pm. Person who answered the phone said the person who schedules appointments was at an auction and wouldn't be back in the office until late in the afternoon and expect a call back in the late afternoon. On 5/12 at 9 am I had received no call back so I called a contractor in Boonsboro, Md. I got an appointment for 5/15 at 3 pm. No excuses, no false promises, a real appointment.

I called Edgars when my heat pump was making a lot of noise. I left voicemail and soon afterChuck called me back and I explained what I knew, he came out soon after that. He assess the problem and had to order the part. Chuck called me on Friday to inform me the part wasn’t in yet and he would be here as soon as it was, and that he was. He was so kind to go way beyond his job to help me with another problem needing muscle. This isn’t the first time I used Edgars, it won’t be the last and I advise everyone to do the same, you won’t be sorry. Thank you Chuck for being a great company!

If you are looking for a reputable heating/cooling company that will treat you with respect, you need to call Edgars. When other companies are just looking out for their bottom line, Edgars honesty is truly refreshing. There are not many companies that have the level of integrity that Edgars Cooling and Heating has.
