I am an investor and needed Aaron to come by and check out an attic where there was mold on the roof decking. He spoke with the Buyer's and also gave me (seller) a very fair price on clean-up. I see the same issues all the time with houses. To find someone who understands mold growth, treatment, and prevention/air flow is not common whatsoever. I'd happily use him again. Thank you!

Aaron came out on 2 occasions in late summer to address mold in our basement bathroom and upstairs 2nd floor small bathroom. Each time he did a thorough assessment and provided estimated cost based on what was needed to complete the repairs. In completing the jobs he found ways to reduce costs with same quality outcome. He was professional, honest, detail oriented, and punctual. No hidden charges.

My husband and I needed a mold inspection and a mitigation plan immediately to be able to purchase a short sale home.
