Wasatch Replacement Windows & Doors just replaced two exterior doors for me, and the whole experience was one of the best I've had with regard to home repair/replacement. Scott, who was so friendly and personable, answered all my questions and followed-up them up with explanations. Gill, Alex, and Mason installed the doors, and they were all very diligent and did an exceptional job. Scott and Gill make a great team! Both were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It was such a relief to have everything go smoothly and as I expected - no surprises.

Was looking to get a single window replaced in my home that I had recently bought because it did not match the rest, gave these guys a call and they were very upfront and honest with what it would cost for just a single window and instead of taking my money they took the time to walk me though getting a window ordered and doing it myself. When the time comes for window replacements in a future investment property of mine I will definitely be going to them!

I called Scott to get a bid on some windows I need to replace. He told me he was booked out until September but he wanted to get more information on the project. He spent the next 11 minutes telling me what he would do if he were me. He told me what to look out for and what was an "acceptable" amount to pay for the job. He recommended a few companies he trusts.
I am thankful for his time and willingness to give me advice even when he knew I wasn't going to be a customer of his (right now anyway).

Since the day I reached out to Scott I was very impressed by his ability to understand what I needed and how to get me the best price. Out of three quotes he was the lowest which had me a little concerned on the quality of installation. That is, until he came out with Gil (install manager) to get the final measurements. I was equally impressed with Gil from the day he came to measure all the way through to the end of installation. I called to get a quote to replace an ancient sliding glass door in my mother-in-law's basement. I was told that, unfortunately, they couldn't help until at least October but l, since there wasn't any skin in the game anymore, that they'd dispense some truth on me about the industry. I ended up talking with him for 10 minutes about business, life and windows. I will send anyone to this shop that asks due to such professionalism and, more importantly, humanism.
