HomeStar just completed installing a window for us and did a fine job. However, the installers were not vaccinated for COVID-19 nor were they masked. I contacted the company and suggested that measures be taken to prevent such a situation from reoccurring. The owner phoned us soon after and expressed his promise to have his workers mask if that was the desire of the customer. I applaud him for this step and trust that his employees will follow through with his request.

Had a very pleasant experience working with HomeStar. They replaced four of our downstairs windows in one day. There’s much more light coming in and our downstairs is better insulated.
There were a couple of times where I needed to follow up on things to see where things were at but overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to others in the area.

I used HomeStar Windows & Doors to install windows and new storm doors for my house. Excellent installation, professional and meticulous attention to detail on everything from start to finish. I highly recommend them, as I've had to replace a window (broken glass from basketball) and then a ripped screen, and they truly are a wonderful company to work with. I'm delighted with their customer service, friendly, and fast. I called and they respond same day when I've needed them. Windows have guarantee warranty and its nice to have a peace of mind that if something does break on accident, they offer

if you are looking or a company with integrity and cares about their customers don't go here. ordered my door in March, installed in June, called two weeds later with a problem, they said they would come talk to me within the next week . It is now August over a month. They have my money and now don't care.

While our windows have not yet been installed, I wanted to take the opportunity to express how impressed we have been with the initial service of HomeStar. Dave and his staff are incredibly professional and well-prepared. Nothing but praise for the experience we have had thus far. The time and effort that has been put into educating their customers (online, in person, etc.) is truly unique. Just look at their website to get glimpse of what to expect. UPDATE: I am updating my original review due to the fact that I was contacted immediately by Dave, the owner, who came and took care of this right away. I have not had the service done yet, but did decide to order the window after he quickly and professionally took of the situation. I do believe at this point that he does want to make sure he takes care of his potential customers. I am hoping the install process goes as smoothly.
