Beware this company. They are not to be trusted at all in my experience. It seems that their M.O. (when possible) is to rely on the customer's lack of specific roofing knowledge to (seemingly) intentionally underbid a job, only to nearly double the cost once it is too late for the customer to do anything about it or beyond the point where the customer can decline.
Oh, and my salesperson's favorite phrase was, "Don't worry, I'll take care of ya", which couldn't be any less true. I can't count the number of times I heard that sentence as a way for him to not actually give me an answer to my questions

From start to finish, Olympus Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the roof on our home. Michael’s bid was fair and complete; Ann and others in admin kept us apprised of scheduling and were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive; the crew arrived as promised and completed the project in slightly more than a day, including impeccable cleanup after a major windstorm; and José returned promptly to remedy a minor heating cable issue. The roof looks great, and the final price was exactly as quoted. Thank you!

I had some recent wind damage and got several bids, as I'd made an ins. claim. I had to wait a few weeks, due to all roofers being busy, but Mike was on-time for my scheduled appt. and provided an estimate that I though was very fair; so I hired Olympus Roofing. There was some additional communication involved regarding being worked in, due to some bad weather when it came time to do the roof installation. All of that was handled very well, even though the other office staff were filling in for Ann. Also, additional work had to be done at the last minute to appease my ins. co. claim handler; which

I found Olympus Roofing through a coupon I received. I was worried it would take a long time for them to come out as it was a small roofing project. Not only did they come out quickly but the price was good and they even found a contractor to come replace our downspout and set it all up so I didn't have to do that separately. This last rain we did not see any leaking from the roof area!!! They are great!!!

I had 4 bids to replace my 28 yr. old roof. Olympus was the low bid, They discussed the process, and materials so a price comparison was with other vendors was easy evaluate.
They started within 10 days and completed the job in one day.
I had some questions on a couple items. When I talked with the office they sent someone the next day to inspect the job. All my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. Very good company!

Great work! Olympus Roofing was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Our roof was damaged in a windstorm that took place recently. Their price for the roof replacement was very fair. Not only did they crank our the entire project in a day, but they really had good quality work. The roof looks great!

I recently saw an add for this company in a home repair magazine, and thought we would give them a try. I scheduled someone to come do an estimate 9 days ago, and they were supposed to email an estimate. Once I hadn't heard from them for three days, I called to check in and the lady I spoke to on the phone said she'd get in touch with the guy that did the estimate. Had a roof and skylight installed
Roof appears OK but the skylight was never finished. I had several appointments with the estimator to provide a quote and we spoke both times about the skylight and what all would be installed with it. Getting someone there for both the estimate and the install was somewhat problematic as they kept changing my appointment. after having a family emergency I paid the bill without checking the skylight and when I was soliciting bids for the "finish work" I found that the insert down into the attic was missing. I was told during both appointments that
