I have used Germ Warfare for at least ten years, and they never disappoint! Most recently, they cleaned the carpet in one of my listings, (I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, Serrano Sells Real Estate) and they did a WONDERFUL job and got it taken care of within a few days of my last minute request, despite being super busy. I actually hired them to clean my mattress because it was horribly stained and these guys just made look all new and fresh again . I feel much better sleeping on my clean mattress again. They were so kind and fun to talk to, without even asking them they removed a noticeable stain by my bed and I thought that was so kind of them some other people out there won’t do that without paying them extra! Very happy with the results !

My husband and I have been considering putting our house on the market for the past couple of years. We have lived in our home for almost 16 years and our carpets showcased numerous stains from raising our 3 kids. We had a relator tell us that we should replace our carpets before putting our house up for sale. He thought the condition of the carpet would cost us potential buyers. The thought of shelling out thousands of dollars to re-carpet our home, just so we could sell it, wasn't appealing. We decided to put off selling our home until spring when we would revisit purchasing new carpet.

If you are looking for "magic water" or gimmick upsales look elsewhere, these people are all about hard work and elbow grease. Mat showed up on time and was very professional. His equipment was very clean and state of the art. He is extremely honest and up-front with his pricing there will be no surprises with his quotes. I highly recommend Germ Warfare carpet cleaning!

So...when you write review of someone, the goal is to help others decide on a specific direction they should take with a product or service. Well, it's Saturday Afternoon, July 4th weekend and we just arrived at our new residence where the carpets hadn't been cleaned, as promised, by the previous tenants. We're moving stuff, We are exhausted and are about to scrub a clean spot on the hard-surface living room floor to toss the beds down for the night. I get on google and start calling around.
