I was trying to get this guy to clean my carpets for 3 days straight. It was one excuse after another and in the end he just blew me off. Never to be heard from again. Its disappointing because we've used them for decades and never have problems like this. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but he wasted so much of my time and was very unprofessional.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY!!
First of all, our carpet cleaning appointment was between 1-2 and he never showed.. so we called him and he didn't give any reason why he didn't show.. we rescheduled for 4.. he didn't show up until 5. When he left, he left our carpets completely saturated and the odor was horrendous.. HORRENDOUS. We paid him extra to clean our upholstered chairs, recliner.. he RUINED EVERYTHING. He left our carpets completely saturated and the odor was unbearable. Whatever chemical he used, he burnt our carpets AND chairs.. leaving permanent streaks!!!!!! He
