Today was the second time I’ve used Blue Bird Carpet Cleaning! First time was for one room that a cat got locked it....need I say more? Jared did an amazing job at getting the smell out! Still doesn’t smell in there. Today he did the rest of the house. He personally take great measures to make all the carpets look and smell great!!! I will never use another carpet cleaner other than Blue Bird! Top notch service and is very knowledgeable in him profession!

This is a great company. Jared was so nice and so accommodating with my schedule and my issues with the weather and my dogs. His prices are also extremely fair and MAN, did he make my carpets look and feel great. The carpet was pretty dirty when we moved into this house (it filled my Shark vacuum a couple times and I kept finding brown hairpins in it - the carpet is brown) so I wanted it professionally cleaned. It was still in pretty good shape, but really dirty. We want to get as much life as we can out of it before having to replace it, so we will be utilizing his services again.

Jared is friendly and easy to work with. Very fair priced, and he guarantees his work! The first time I used him he came back out for a spot that kept reappearing 3 different times. He was always quick to get back out and re-treat the spot. He never once seemed bothered that I kept calling over this spot that was making me crazy. His kiddo also comes out with him to help get the job done. He too was just as easy to work with! We aslo dealt with pet smells when we moved into our rental. The room smelt awful. Jared was able to treat the carpet and make the smell go completely away! From my experience
