They've been great. They are one of the companies that Whirlpool uses for warranty work and we've used them twice for our brand new, defective, refrigerator. Cody, the tech, knew what the problem was in 10 seconds. He did a temporary fix and ordered a new door which came in and was replaced in 2 weeks, even though he said it would take as long as 6 weeks to get the door. He is so nice and professional. The 2nd problem was that our refrigerator was actually freezing our food because it suddenly started cooking at 8° less than the refrigerator was set for. I had to raise the temperature to 43°

They never told my son to hand in paper work so he could get his commission for over 4 months and was there after work hours picking up vans or whatever and never paid him and let him go because of these surveys and he had a tire issue and they did nothing to replace it and drove on it over 3 months. very lame company. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

Horrible customer service. That's not easy to say these days, but this is one of the WORST I've seen in a long, long time. I get a call when a part came in, and I returned the call. Scheduled the service (for today) and took off from work because they "can't give a two hour window", but that the tech will call between 8:00 and 8:30am on the service day to give that estimate. No call. It's 2:15pm and lo and behold, I get a call to 'schedule the service.' Are you kidding me? The typical 'sorry' but not really sorry. "Sorry, sir, but I don't have any record of a schedule here."
So, call me liar.

Unable to fix the refrigerator after trying to put the wrong part in. Never came back out and refused to listen to the trouble we were actually experiencing with the water line and ice maker. Hopkins came out and diagnosed the actual issue and even said the fix was under warranty. Will never use CAS again. The supervisor Kevin, was especially rude and condescending on the phone.

Critical: Professionalism
Terrible customer service! The management and ownership is very rude and unprofessional. My washer went out shortly after buying it,and my expectations of this business's customer service was quickly shattered by a barrage of RUDENESS and even insults towards my intelligence as a consumer!

One of their technicians, Cody, came out to fix our microwave. In the process, part of the platform holding the microwave got unleveled and when asked about it, he refused to try fixing it and said that wasn’t his problem. When asked to wait so I could show my husband, he said no, walked away and proceeded to call his supervisor with lies to cover up for his behavior. His lack of professionalism was astounding. This may not reflect on the company’s ability to fix appliances, but certainly does on their lack of professionalism and customer service.

I purchased all new kitchen appliances from Best Buy. The oven had an issue but the microwave worked well. Best Buy replaced the unit and now the oven works well and the microwave does not shut all the way. The repair person has been out twice and just says nothing is wrong with it. Meanwhile I walk over to it and the light it still on because the door does not shut unless you shut it hard. Sometimes the microwave runs without actually turning on. I have video of all of this. I would avoid any of this and Best Buy appliances. I am waiting for the light to die from it remaining on and then I guess

So far I'm having a hard time I made arrangements to have someone at my house to be there to fix my refrigerator it's not fixed I know they ordered a part but still stated it didn't absolutely need it but I could go ahead and order but either way won't leak anymore it's leaking worse so now I'm trying to schedule them to come on my lunch this week that was last week. They told me they can only give me a range 12-2 they guy calls right now says he can come I said I don't get lunch till 12 can we make that work he then says if u don't take this who knows when

These folks are the real deal! They are honest and thorough and they research your equipment before arriving at your house to make sure that they have everything they need to diagnose and repair if possible without having to order special parts. It's so wonderful to know that there are still companies out there that know how to fix things rather than just replace them!

GE washing machine stopped working after many years. I walked in to this store, asked to speak to technician, and Brad, a technician, came out. I described problem (cycle timer knob no longer working) and he told me how to fix it. He gave me some simple, plastic tie strips to use. No pressure to schedule a $75 service call at my home. And No charge for the advice or the supplies. Now my washer works again. Wow, this is a very good place!

I have used these guys a few times. Very easy to schedule an appointment. In the past, I had them work on a Bosch washing machine and dryer. I was very happy with the service and costs.
Last repair was to a Maytag washing machine that is under warranty. The damn thing would not drain the water out. Of course it breaks on a Friday night. By the time Convenient Appliance Service got here, it was Tuesday and the water was sour (stunk up my upstairs). Not blaming Convenient Appliance Services for this. Just my bad luck.

Convenient Appliance has come out to the house a couple times, mostly for general maintenance. This time it was for service of both the (Viking) cooktop range and microwave. They were careful to explain that the repair would take a while to get parts, the repair may need to happen with a couple trips and the microwave might not be fixable. They were able to get the cooktop range fixed fairly easily. The microwave not so much and, in the end, encouraged me to just go with a new one. They also made a modest accommodation for the monies I did spend towards the microwave, to no avail, to fix it

I was referred to Convenient Appliance when I asked friends and family for a repair company. David came by today and repaired my dishwasher. They were friendly, courteous, arrived at the appointed time, and David really went above and beyond to answer all sorts of questions I had. I'll definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Perhaps the company should consider changing their name to Inconvenient Appliance.
The good:
They showed up on the day they said they would.
They repaired the leak on my refrigerator.
The bad:
They showed up several hours earlier than scheduled, causing a significant inconvenience.

He told my wife that the regulator must be bad and recommended getting a new range rather than spending
