MR. Herr the owner was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of what he was doing. We recently brought a new puppy into our home and the house training seemed to be not going well. We hired Clearview Carpet Cleaning for two reasons. 1. To clean and refresh out carpets and that this was a veteran owned company.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Clearview Carpet cleaning. Shane did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my apartment. Moreover Mark was extremely helpful from the beginning as he made scheduling very easy, even when I had some last minute changes. When Shane arrived to clean, he thoroughly inspected the carpet areas to ensure he knew exactly where the stains were. In addition he explained everything in detail about the process just as Mark had done on the phone when scheduling my appointment. I had asked for several pet stain treatments to be done but the inspection showed that

We live on Anderson Island, and not all businesses are willing to come and provide services. We used a different carpet cleaning company a couple years back and were not impressed with the results. So being cautiously optimistic, we had Clearview come to hopefully 'save the day' in regards to the carpets ad rugs. Shane came and did a FANTASTIC job!! We were so impressed with how he worked on the carpets, including the troublesome areas - and even now more impressed with how they all turned out!! We are very happy with the carpet cleaning done by Clearview. The worker was very friendly, respectful of us and our home, and took great care in protecting our drapes and furniture from the spot treatment spray and actual cleaning. Thank you for the answering of my questions and after-care instructions! The carpet was completely dry in a couple of hours and looks great! Will definitely use this company again and refer to friends and family. :)

The gentleman who completed the service, he was very professional, very respectful of me, my dog and my home. He made sure to lay down floor covering to avoid damages to the wood flooring. I chose to use Clearview because I prefer to use local businesses, especially those that are veteran owned and operated. Shane was polite, detail oriented and thorough. He explained everything I asked him. He protected the bare floor, covered his shoes with booties and was mindful of Covid-19 safety protocols by wearing a mask. I am completely satisfied with the completed project and would use this company again.
