Two employees came out this morning - Jason and Jordan. They were both excellent communicators, were calm and trustworthy. They explained the package and the process thoroughly. They did a fantastic job cleaning my weary carpets. I was concerned with having strangers in my house, especially during this crazy pandemic, but once they arrived and we started to talk, my mind was completely at ease. They were super respectful also. I truly feel like they have blessed my family today. I give them both a standing ovation!

This was my first time using Meridian Chem-Dry and the company didn't disappoint. Alex and Skylar from Chem-Dry were very professional and thorough cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I was extremely pleased with the finished results. Both did an excellent job. I will be sure to use Chem-Dry again and would welcome both Alex and Skylar to come back and do carpet cleaning in my home in the future. Great job guys!

Josue showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very professional but friendly as he did the measuring of the rooms and looked at the carpet that needed to be stretched. Once I had selected the service I wanted he promptly went to work. The carpet looks almost like new (almost because it is 15 years old) and he even got out a couple of stains that were left from my son and his friends when they were young. I highly recommend this company and if you are looking for someone to come in and work hard until the job is completed I recommend you ask for Josue.
