Carpet that we thought thought needed to be replaced they were able to clean and look new again. They are reliable, professional and reasonable priced. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Joseph was great! We were able to book an appointment on very short notice, he arrived right on time, gave an estimate quickly, and completed our 2700 square foot house (with all white carpet) in under 3 hours. He was professional and friendly. He provided us with information regarding the carpet in the house since we did not know anything about it having just moved in. We will have him back again when needed!

I have plenty of services over the years. This one that impressed me. The job they did wqw wqw over the top. The they they went over the area twice in the house. We had a puppy that wisin't house trained and the carpet came out like new .
They said they would arrive at a certain time time and showed up at the exact time. First time in me doing doing business with any vendors.

I previously managed a 114 unit apartment complex & Pro-steam was my ONLY carpet vendor. Joseph & Lisa run a high quality business. They were always there quickly in case of an emergency water extraction, day to day turns were done quickly, efficiently, and always offered the best prices. They are also able to do small patch. I only recommend Pro-Steam if anyone asks.
