The parts department is being run by young kids that have no knowledge about car parts.I had come in with a metal heater hose part, he asked if it was a torsion bar.I asked if there was another parts salesman,.He went a found another teenager.Sorry to say he had even less of a clue to what the part I had brought there.Having tried looking up the part in the air conditioning section in the parts computer, I had to help him find the part.I explained that I needed the part ASAP for a work truck.He said they did not have the part in stock,which he remarked they have no parts in stock only paper in

I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation and a rear turn signal bulb to be replaced. I watched the bulb replacement and it took 10 minutes, the labor charge was $40.00.,

Was sold a car that was in an accident that I did not know about at the time, which is not a big deal. What is a big deal is they put aftermarket headlights on the vehicle before selling it to me, the headlights are pointed to far down for safe driving, and they can not be adjusted. I've had multiple problems with Sam who is aggressive and over bearing, now that I have upset Sam I can get no response from anyone at the dealership. The car is under warranty the headlights that were in the vehicle when it was purchased should be covered under the warranty and I can not get my vehicle fixed. It is

If you can get service to answer the phone, things might be different. I brought my car in almost a month ago for recall work. I was told that parts needed to be ordered and it would take 3-5 business days, then they would call. After a week and a half, I called to see if the parts came in or if they were on back order. But no answer, I’ve called a few times a day and not a single person picks up. This is ridiculous that you can’t get anyone on the phone. That was my second time at Wallace Nissan Service department, and it will be my last. Service your car somewhere else.

This dealership is much better and more honest than other dealerships I had visited before finally coming here. I was very pleased and comfortable with Ivan, my salesman. He was very patient with me and very informative, as I came prepared with many questions. Never once did I feel " Pressured " into anything. That in itself is a rarity! Thank you Ivan!!
I felt at ease with the Finance Manager. She offered different options, maintained her professionalism and came across quite knowledgeable in regards to the pros and cons to each option. Again. I never felt " pressured " into choosing one option

Negotiation and purchase was very straight forward and fair. There was little to no "back and forth". Our sales rep (Yami) was a knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She did everything necessary to facilitate the transaction and exceeded our expectations.
The sales manager (Sam) was direct and wasn't pushy at all. He provided us with a price that was fair to both of us.
The finance manager (Brandi) was very helpful and informative and provided us great advice on how to finalize the purchase of our 2021 Armada Platinum.
All in all, the staff that helped us was not pushy or try to sell us
