Great people, great service and so knowledgeable. They helped us with a very unusual problem on with our truck ignition cylinder. They knew exactly the problem, had the parts in stock and fixed it in just a couple of hours.

Needed help on a specific chipped car key. Had been all over town with no luck. Came here in the pouring rain, was greeted by The very friendly lady at the counter who not only was willing to help me but she went above and beyond and at a very reasonable fee. Great customer service. They initially came out to just rekey all of our locks on our new home but I had forgot about changing the code to our large safe and he was able to do that for me as well on the spot! Very knowledgeable!

This is the best place to go to for ANY lock related issues you could possibly have! I had my car stolen from inside my garage. Had to secure the house again, so Vicky was able to re-key my door handles immediately. Advised me on replacing my deadbolts. A month later, after my car was recovered, they were able to assist me in all my re-keying needs. I didnt end up using their service because I found my key at the last second. But they came highly recommended from a friend who has used their services and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Knowing my propensity to lose keys...I'm sure I will need a locksmith in the future and I will definitely call Carol's!
