I accidentally locked my dog and I out or my my home at 3p.m. It was 110 degrees outside and I wasn't wearing shoes. Coles responded very quickly and were very professional. I made it to work on time at 5 p.m. Thumbs up!!!

All I can say is this company gets it. I had situation where I got locked out of my home. He was honest, fair and reasonable at a time when I was frustrated with myself. Sometimes you know when someone is being honest and this guy was very honest and saved me a ton of money. I would do business with him anytime. Thanks for your help.

I just ran into Cole outside of Giff's Ugly Burger and he immediately helped me by making a key. I just walked up, asked him to make the key for me and a minute later he had it all finished up. I had no idea it was that easy. Thank you so much Cole, you are awesome!

There are plenty of Locksmiths to choose from in Redding....just like everything else but I highly recommend Cole's Mobile Lock Service!....made and appt and had to change it to earlier and they squeezed me in and gave me Excellent Service!.....this is my new Locksmith Company now!

I called 3 locksmiths and this was the only one that replied. He came to my house and re-keyed 7 doors altogether. A little more than $100 was very reasonable. Fast and friendly.
