Excellent professional and fast service. We called because our vehicle key broke at a gas station. Needless to say, we were very stressed about how we were going to get home. We called Abbey Auto Lock & Key who took all if our vehicle information. They delivered to us two brand new keys in less than an hour. It was an absolute lifesaver and we were very impressed with the reasonable price, prompt response, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I needed a new key for my car as I lost mine and needed to get to work. I called and gave the owner all my information and he made me a new key, delivered the key to me, and it came with a spare which I was not expecting! All this in less then 1 hr! The owner was friendly, fast, and professional. I was also thanked for my business afterward.I very much appreciated the fast and friendly service! The tricky old lock assembly on my old Nissan truck locked me out late at night in the rain -- and Tom came to the rescue in record time: just 15 minutes! Took him just a few more to coax the jammed lock open. What a pro: fast, effective, and very nice too.

Excellent service. We lost our keys of Chevy express van (12 seater) in Lake Britton Burney falls state park, CA. Tom was very prompt, professional and kind. He explained all the details of the process and costs of getting a new duplicate key working. He arrived on time and there were some software issues with the vehicle which took almost 90 minutes, but he tried all the techniques to get a temporary key get working else we could have been in a big mess of getting the vehicle towed all the way from Burney to San Jose!.. Highly recommended and many thanks to Tom !!!

He saved the day on Christmas Eve!! My husband accidentally locked his keys inside his truck while it was running. In a panic we were calling all over trying to find someone open on Christmas Eve.
