I would choose zero stars if allowed. My company purchased two chillers from this company. In my opinion, they have been the absolute worst purchase of my 20+ year engineering career. The chillers have experienced one failure after another. They haven't even provided us a year's worth of service and one is dead. The other has severe problems. We do not feel that Cooling Technology, Inc. has stood behind their product, and we've ended up hiring two other HVAC companies to try and fix the problems with these units.
