City Air Experts started in 2009. Rafael and Roger wanted to introduce a new service model in the market where technicians could focus on what they are really good at, solve HVAC issues. Axel and Jose worked at my house today and I couldn't have been more pleased. You could tell it was important that they do a good job. Everywhere they worked they cleaned up behind themselves even though I told them it was okay and I would clean it up. They made sure everything was put back exactly as they found it. I just love seeing someone take pride in their work.

I had a 4hr window and tech was here 5min early on front end of window. Was very courteous, explained what he saw and recommended future considerations for preventative maintenance. We have an old system and he didn’t try to up sell me on “issues.” Performed the work in a timely manner and checked in with update prior to leaving.

Very positive experience. I called at 8:00 this morning to report our ac was broken and Rafael was at our house by 9 to fix it. Luckily the part was under warranty so didn’t cost us anything. Highly professional and knowledgeable.

City Air just replaced our very, very old furnace. From the estimate to the installation, we were pleased with all communication and the excellent pricing for a quality replacement. Axl and Jose were excellent with installation in a small space in an older home. We expect to continue working with City Air for upkeep and HVAC maintenance.

We were faced with having to replace a furnace that would work with an enlarged footprint when we build an addition later this year. Rafael, the owner, helped us figure out the most economical process, and made some great suggestions about relocating the system to provide better air flow to the addition. The technicians worked extremely hard. Pricing was competitive. Hopefully we won't need them again any time soon, but we will definitely work with them in the future.

We really couldn't say enough good things about City Air Experts. Rafael and his team have serviced us a few times over the past few years. His expertise go beyond the mechanical side (ie equipment) of HVAC systems.
