I have had an incredible experience with John and his team. He has been servicing my AC unit for several years and is extremely knowledgeable with his profession.
Just recently I was having a problem with my eelectric breaker triggering on and off. He came out check the unit and replaced a hard stop part hoping it would fix the problem. When the issue with the breaker persisted he returned and helped me identify that the problem was electrical and where it was.
They have always come as soon as I needed them regardless of the situation And the fees are very fair without all the overhead of large

He was such a nice and friendly guy! Extremely professional and efficient! He even took the time to give me helpful tips and things I can do to troubleshoot future problems.

I called JP in reference to a moldy smell present when the heat or ac turns on. Charged me 69 to come out diagnose the problem and educated me on future maintenance and prevention. Extremely knowledgeable and reasonable I would recommend him to anyone.
Other companies gave me estimates ranging from 500 and even as high as 1700.
My overall experience with JP was awesome don’t waste your time with anyone else.

John knows what he’s doing. He’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done and done right! He fixed our heating by rebuilding a board that we could no longer get. The other 2 guys that came quoted over 11,000 because without that part, the whole system had to be replaced. John came in and actually made a new board. Who does that?? Who is capable of doing that??? John is!!

John came out to our home within a couple hours and checked our HVAC system after a night without Air Conditioning....He checked our system and verified that the only issue was a dirty filter which caused our system to freeze overnight. Just to verify he ran several tests and confirmed it was just a dirty filter that caused the issue. He even gave me additional pointers and tips to watch for in the future.
I would definitely call him again for any future issues.

It took me using 4 other HVAC contractors before I humbled myself and listened to my Wife (she reads reviews religiously). So I sought out John P. for HVAC repair services. And oh what a blessing he was! He explains exactly what he is doing, and why his actions are important. He even gives you options to consider. Quite a methodical and thorough man that John P. If you could pick the all stars of technical service work, John would be your hall of fame starter. He is that good, and firmly believes in taking care of the customer, not his short term gain. He is all about the long term.

I have used this company twice. Both times a wonderful experience under the circumstances. The owner John is upfront and honest. Both times emergency situation's air conditioning not working to capacity in this scorching Charlotte heat. He told us what the cost would be, what to expect. Both times he was out in a timely manner, fixed the unit and we were back up running at a very reasonable cost to us. Oh my gosh, JP was awesome and saved me! I was so afraid my AC was beyond repair and he quickly identified the issue, quickly fixed my issues, and not only explained the issues in detail, he gave me tips to help my systems last longer. He also was extremely fair price-wise! I highly recommend him :-)

Amazing service, friendly and very professional. Willing to explain the process and how to maintain your AC unit in great running condition. Throughly checks for any damage, and is very upfront about any and all concerns. Highly recommend them, and will be using them in the future.

I moved into Sun City three years ago and used the company already under contract with our builders.
My AC system stopped working multiple times during the two years it was under new home warranty and they patched it up, only to have it break down again a few weeks later. I understand their hands might have been tied by their contract with the builder...but am not pleased that a few weeks after the warranty ran out, the AC stopped working again and this time they suggested complete replacement of the unit for about 20K.

I was having some moisture/mold issues in my home so time was of the essence. John truly cared about my situation and squeezed my appointment in the same day I called him. He resolved the issues with my HVAC and was very reasonable. He is a Heating and Cooling Angel and will have my business going forward.

Called me back right away assuring me prices are same no matter when he comes out! Assessed situation in less than five minutes, explained thoroughly and now 3-level townhome feels comfy everywhere! If I could give 6 stars I would. Jon came out in the middle of the night in sweltering summer heat to fix the AC at my house. The price was reasonable and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also walked me through a couple of steps myself on the phone me to make sure I didn't get a charge for him to drive out for nothing. Can't say enough good stuff about JP. I'll be contacting him for our fall maintenance ASAP. Thanks again Jon. You're my freaking hero!!!

John from JP Heating and Cooling is the best. We are new homeowners in Fort Mill, SC. John was honest, patient and knowledgeable. He came to our home on Monday and just like he said he would send us the quote in a day or so. He did exactly that! We received the quote Tuesday evening and they started early Thursday morning. He put in a new air handler and removed the old one. He left everything nice and clean after he was done. The guys that worked with him were all knowledgeable and friendly. I waited until Monday to get recommendations from work... after a few yeahs and nays, I decided to ask one more person.
