Thomas is very professional and considerate. We have very unique European style windows and a glass tower that is commercial grade in height and width. He was very thoughtful in coming up with a solution to clean it (since it is over 3 stories tall!). He did a fantastic job and at a fair price. We are very grateful we found him.

Did not replace the window screens properly. Mr. Jeffries has not responded to numerous phone calls and emails requesting the job be completed properly. Just complete the job. Mr. Jeffries has not provided the level of service that is advertised - he committed to or was paid to complete. BBB complaint has been filed.

TJ is one of those rare owners that believes in honest-to-goodness hard work, dedication, honesty and loyalty. As a christian and a veteran, he holds himself to the highest standards and it shows in his work performance. His positive attitude is very refreshing and his workmanship is absolutely top-notch. I would highly recommend TJ's for all of your window cleaning needs!

TJ's repaired/replaced two broken screens at my house last summer! He was quick, efficient and cost effective!

This was the first time I had my windows professionally cleaned and it will not be the last! I was skeptical at first as to how much better it could be, but TJ Windows did not disappoint. He took the time to do things right which not only included both sides of the window, but the screen and window track as well. I highly recommend their services, you will not regret it.
Follow-up on my review. I had TJs Windows come back and do some more work. They added power washing to their services. They power washer my back patio and it looks brand new again! I couldn't believe the difference it made. Great

TJ does an excellent job for us, he's professional and has great communication! I use him for my business as well as for my personal house. We have to have vendors we can trust in our properties, that's never a question with TJ. 5 stars all around for TJ's Window Cleaning, highly, highly recommend!

Totally worth it! Getting our windows professionally cleaned by TJ's was a real game changer! We had lots of grime on our glass doors and windows from our dogs and toddler, but after the cleaning they look brand new again. TJ was a great service man...punctual, friendly, detailed, and efficient. We will definitely be return customers and recommended him to all of our neighbors as well!
