Dale's Pool & Spa Service & Repair

Over 4000 dollar inground pool liner that is not a year old from Dales pool that is leaking. The three foot section where the steps are they stripped a screw and put putty on it that has since vanished, they told me it would last a lifetime. There are one inch wrinkles in the shallow end with the liner is actually coming out all around the pool. I called with no response. I'll be in court with these folks. Please do not trust these people or hire them

Dales will get you anything you need for your pool at a good price. They also have the best advice!

Staff is extremely helpful and they are HONEST! I originally hired them to just help me get rid of the algae but they were so reasonably priced, I decided to have them service my pool weekly.

We tried everything to get our chemicals balanced. Took our water into them for a free testing and they didn't try to sell me everything under the sun like the other pool store (next to Target).
They're so honest and nice, we ended up hiring them to clean our pool weekly!

Very unprofessional & serious lack of internal communication between Dawn & Trevor. Started service in May. Pool had little bit alge starting and first service the pump/filter system schedule was turn off for week by mistake. Causing the pool turn dark green. Week later was reprogrammed and I requested to be present at each visit which didn't happen. Then I was told would receive the military discount for the premium service and additional discount for boy using the vacuum part. Even received phone call that the extra chemicals to relief the algae wouldn't be charged due to their error. Then June

Dale gives the best advice, is honest, and always willing to help you figure out what you really need for your pool. We were clueless on how to manage a pool before we met Dale. This guy knows what he is talking about, and he never tries to sell you something you don't need.
