Kevin, the owner, is incredible. I recently started renting a place with a hot tub and I called in to have someone come down to teach me how to do maintenance on it. Instead Kevin took twenty minutes out of his day to walk me through the 101s of spa maintenance. Incredibly knowledgeable and honest and really seemed concerned with me making good decisions for my spa and for my wallet. I'll keep them in mind as long as I have this place!!!

We just moved to San Diego and our pool was a mess. I’ve never owned a pool and Lance took the time to explain everything to me and give me options for repair. He was able to get to our repair quickly and so far so good! He exceeded my expectations by cleaning our pool pump area (which was disgusting) and left everything cleaner than when he started.
