Surf City Pools did an outstanding job replacing our pool pump. They went out of their way by recognizing and replacing old electrical system without needing to ask.
They were responsive, punctual, professional and very friendly.

I am so lucky I found them! It's Sunday and my husband is out on the fires in CA. My husband is my "pool guy," but the heat and him being gone, the pool started turning green fast! I don't want my husband to come back to MORE work. I called a few companies- no lucky- busy, don't work Sunday, referred me- blah blah....NOT Surf City Pools. They called back fast and I am thankful they were in the area and came out the same day...today! I was given honest information. They are coming out again Tuesday to check in on the pool. I have not enough words. I highly recommend this

I'm very satisfied with the filter Dalanne installed for my oversized fountain. The fountain was a custom job installed in the model home prior to us purchasing it, and had many obscure parts/little info about its origin. Dalanne was very knowledgeable, thorough, and put in the work to find all the necessary specialty parts. I definitely recommend her services!

Needed someone to drain and clean a 500 spa and was recommended to call here. Dalanne was amazing! She arrived within the 1 hour window she promised and kept me updated beforehand when she would arrive. Once she arrived she did an amazing job cleaning the spa. It looks brand new after she was done. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Fantastic service.

The folks over at Surf City Pools are incredible. Dalanne helped me initially, and she was awesome. Jericho came out to install a pool vacuum and was excellent as well. They answered any/all questions that I threw at them. 10/10 service.

Surf City Pools has got to be the best pool service business I have ever used.They are efficient and friendly. They really know what they are doing when it comes to cleaning your pool. When I called about getting my pool cleaned they gave me a good quote on the cost and didn't give me the run around like I have dealt with in the past with other companies. Like I mention before very friendly company!! I'm recommending Surf City Pools to everyone I know that has a pool.
