I’ve had Aqua Diamond Pool Service for over a year now and I cannot complain. This father-son duo have always provided excellent service and are quite responsive to questions. Since I have a tenant in my home, this crew continues to provide weekly observations and provides photos of equipment that may need repair at times. I do appreciate the photos and constant dialogue. I've been having issues trusting anyone in the pool industry. The pool service that did our start up was very disappointing. Aqua Diamond was referred to us, and I was super reluctant to go with another company. I met Abraham who was very professional and knowledgeable with the pool chemistry and the equipment. We have a 40 year old fiberglass insert pool. Aqua Diamond has been our pool service for over ten years. We have never had any problem with them. They have cleaned the pool and kept it sparkling clear for all that time. When it came time to replace the filter and pump they did it all flawlessly. Abel is awesome! He and his sons do such a professional job. We’ve had him for about 5 years and he’s always available if we need him. They all love our dogs and always make sure the gate is locked. The dogs love them to be here and follow them around getting attention.
