Bob was initially hired to turn our green, ugly pool into a clear and safe oasis for our family to enjoy. He did such a great job, we hired him as our full time pool guy. Four years later, he's still providing the same level of professional service and maintenance for our pool. Great communication whenever there is an issue or a scheduling conflict as well.

However, we recently moved to north county and wanted to bring along his services with us. Unfortunately, he doesn't serve this area, which is a bummer!

We were having so many issues with our former pool company, the pool was always dirty, they never addressed the issues when they were brought up, they never returned calls in a timely manner, and finally they were rude to my wife. Now we have Blue Pool Solutions, and I have to say our pool has never been cleaner. Thanks Bob! We have used our pool more this year!

I called Bob for an estimate on fixing our pool. Our filter/pump wasnt working. He found the problem almost immediately, and was quite honest when he told us we had extra "gimmicks" in our filter system that would only caused problems in the future. He removed the gimmicks in the line, cleaned our filter, and had our system back up in less than two hours and only charged me for cleaning and the labor on the broken part. He was honest and didnt try to sell me on replacing the useless parts. He could have easily doubled the amount he charged.

Not happy with this company at all! I had my pool inspected for a home I purchased from the bank. The pool was green so I had Bob come out to service it. He charged me a hefty price to bring it to a sparkling blue oasis. I was OK with it as I was having potential tenants looking at the sonic need the pool looking fresh. But I was only to find out that the pool was turning green every week. So Bob kept billing and billing me invoices of work I'm not sure he even performed. I wanted some time to go over his invoices to verify the work was done. He did not want to give me anytime to look over

Bob from Blue Pool solutions has been great. What I really like is that he personally takes care of our pool and so it is always done professionally. He always shows up when promised, and if he can't make it on time he emails you to give you an update. He has taken excellent care of our pool. I highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with my experience working with Blue Pool Solutions. My pool was continually growing algae and I had just drained it last summer. I did not want to drain it again and was sick of adding tons of chemicals. They were very accommodating with my busy schedule and were informative explaining the problems found. A couple of leaks at the pump were repaired and the pool has been algae free since.

You need THIS pool service. Bob is a wonderful business owner who really cares about his clients.
