For the second time, Linda M. and Carmel Stone Imports have been amazing!
On on first project, Linda assisted with the bathroom for our new ADU. The stone shower, with accent stone, and amazing tile on the floor, turned our small, angled bathroom into a modern, warm spot ~ where one feels very comfortable and the look/feel is seamless....
Then ~ our second phase ~ a new, extended master bedroom and bathroom!
Again, Linda listened very carefully to the look/feel we were looking for ~ then helped us create a space with a new big shower, a double vanity and a claw-footed romantic bathtub, along with

I ordered 3 slabs of caesarstone from these guys. Julio helped me out and he was great! Put it the foot work to make sure I had the slabs delivered to my fabricator right away. I've dealt extensively with Carmel Stone Imports over the last couple years as I've rebuilt my home after the recent fires. Their customer service is exceptional. Julio has been a pleasure to deal with and very easy to communicate with.
Also, their prices really can't be beat. I sought out a specific type of limestone for my house and I even called places out of state. No one came even close to matching their prices.

I came to Carmel Stone after bad experience with big name fancy Showroom. Julio greeted me and has been helping me ever since. I bought about a dozen slabs for our new project, numerous porcelain tiles and other natural stone tiles. He'll let me borrow samples so I could show them to my husband. When he's not available, Jake, the store manager will step in and help me. Definitely Carmel has one of the best customer service in the industry. Their delivery is also spot on!

Imagine a football field filled with imported stone from Italy. Stone for your bathrooms, floors, kitchens and much, much more. That's what it feels like to walk into Carmel stone. Add to this spectacular view, one of the most knowledgeable reps I've ever met! Yessenia not only helped me hand pick the marble for my kitchen and bathroom, she even helped me design my backsplash. Carmel Stone has a large variety of tiles and stones available and I was able to take my time picking out just the right ones for me. Most importantly, the people who work there are friendly and helpful.
Jake assisted me with picking out tiles for a new bathroom and made some great recommendations; overall the entire process was pretty easy. Linda Monterey helped me and was incredibly professional. She knew exactly what I wanted based on previous conversations, videos, pictures etc. When I arrived, Linda (wearing a mask) took me straight to the right product and I decided on the color within 10 minutes! I needed a small piece of marble to replace a broken cabinet top and was having such a hard time finding a place that carried one or sold smaller "scraps". Then I found Carmel Stone Imports. Julio assisted me and was so accommodating, helping me hunt around the scrap stone behind the warehouse to find a piece that might work. When I found "the one", they went above and beyond to get a forklift to help me retrieve it. I felt a little guilty making them work so hard to get me a tiny piece, but they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Even though they were so busy

AMAZING customer service! Thanks to Julio Cruz, I found the perfect tile for my balcony in under 15 minutes. Julio efficiently showed me the complete range of options, explaining the pros and cons of the different materials. When we narrowed my preferences down to 3 patterns, he took the time to lay them out side by side for comparison, allowing me to see how the pattern would lay out. Julio even made the great suggestion that I take home the three choices to look at the tiles in my space and in the natural light (carrying all of them to my car as well).
