AC went down last night. Sent these guys a message on Instagram and they called me within 2 minutes offering to come out that night. Opted to have them come this morning and they showed up on time and took care of business.
Both Matt and Ryan were straightforward with the issue (thankfully small) and never tried to sell me or push me into unnecessary repairs. And with a 17 y/o unit, probably not hard to do.
When the time comes to replace my unit I know who I’m calling! If you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC company give them a call!

I just had western come look at my ac unit at a rental property that stopped working. Another company told me that I had multiple coolant leaks and my only option was to replace everything. Matt identified the real problem, confirmed that there were no coolant leaks and fixed the unit and got it all up in running in just a couple hours. Instead of several thousand dollars for a new system during the middle of the summer, Matt got us going so we can take our time to figure out the best future solution. (System is 14 years old). I'll definitely use them again.

Matt and Ryan were great! They responded very quickly and after inspecting my ac unit, they provided a quote to repair it and also a quote with options to replace it. Their repair and replacement prices were very fair. I chose to replace since my unit was 10+ years old and they were able to install a new Trane XR the following morning. I will definitely call Western Climate Control for any future ac issues and will recommend them to family and friends.

My AC went out on Friday at 5pm and I called around and no one answered or would come out until morning. I called Western climate control and Matt and Ryan came right away even though they were about to be done for the day. They fixed my AC quickly and for a great price. They were friendly and honest and I highly recommend them!

Saw good things about Western Climate Control on Next Door app and called them, they replaced my 20 year old Goodman ac with a Trane xl15c. Wow! what a difference in comfort and savings, bills went from 300 to 170 even with the hottest summer ever (been here 32 years now) even with it set to 74 at night, Call western climate first or last but call them they are the best in service and price by thousands of dollars and you will not find a better AC company in AZ. Trust Me I'm very picky and couldn't be more satisfied with there work and pricing, promptness and honesty, Now you know!!!

I got home from work to find my house at 88*. A realtor friend suggested I call these guys. I did, at 6:30! They came right out and found a cracked line and no Freon. Spoiler alert- they were gone by 9 and my air is ice cold. Friendly

To start Matt and Ryan saved the day last year and kept an old, broken AC operating for the summer! Because they were so great I called them for a quote to replace that same unit a few weeks ago because it's time to say good bye. Compared to all the quotes I got these guys offered the best price and not only were they incredibly helpful but were always on time or early and very responsive when I reached out. They were able to schedule the install within a week and during the install they were incredibly thorough.

Matt & Ryan are fantastic. We first used them [by recommendation] on a 115* August evening when our AC went out, the night before our 1st open house! Even in the busiest time of year - they came out at like 9PM, fixed the issue in a couple of hours and left everything spotless! We sold that house the next day and have moved into a mid-rise in central PHX. We are remodeling a bathroom and needed an AC overflow drip issue addressed that was causing problems and delays. I can't rate the guys at Western Climate Control high enough after they helped us through a complex project. Matt and Ryan are honest and hard working, but also meticulous and thoughtful about the work they do. We needed to replace our broken split-system a/c (ground-mounted) and furnace (inside the house) and were recommended WCC by a handyman we know. We decided this was a good time to get rid of the central duct that ran through the hallways of our old house and install new ductwork and ceiling vents, and get a new package a/c+heat unit to mount on the roof.
