I have a fear of A/C Professionals. They showed up on time and climbed on the roof. Turns out it was a leak in the freon or whatever you call that stuff. He advised I charge it and NEVER tried to sell me anything even though my A/C unit is 36 years old. Hey it's a Trane lol. I have two A/C units and I ask if he should charge the other one while he was here. He advised not necessary since this one had a leak. He also advised the possibility of a sealant he said may plug the leak.... then honestly told me it is crazy expensive and only works 50% of the time. We talked about when the time comes to

What can I say, my AC stopped working the temperature was rising as was my blood pressure but Tracy was cool and calm. He was quick to diagnose the problem and even quicker to fix it. He gave me a few solutions along with what I can expect down the road with each allowing me to make a real smart decision.
