Very honest and thorough. The first company that came out didn't even go in the attic to find out for sure if it was my duct work and said it would cost $640 to replace my duct work. When AirZona HVAC came they crawled through the attic and got on the roof to check everything out. The issue was in my unit and NOT my duct work.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.
Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.
We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with

Unknown to us was the condition of our AC unit. We recently moved in and the unit passed inspection because it was working and giving out excellent air temps. The unit did not fit the roof support so it vibrated and scraped the new shingles which leaked into our attic and onto the living room ceiling, creating stains. This was after the roofer came and shared this info with us. We needed help and AirZona HVAC came to the rescue. We now have a new Trane heat pump. A new roof frame fits the unit. Gerald's team installed our new heat pump. There was a delay when they unwrapped the unit to find

We got a new A/C installed. They were friendly, on time, and worked hard. They were available to ask questions and seemed like they did their job quick. Overall very happy with the service. Once the job was done, they ensured I was happy with the installation and cleaned up as if they had never even been there. Highly recommend this company. And their prices were unbeatable!

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. Talk about customer service, God bless him! They're efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AirZona for your HVAC issues.

AirZona came to the rescue the day after Christmas when our heat was not working. I went through our home warranty and the first contractor would not be able to make it out for a few days. AirZona was the second contractor that we were referred to and they came out and fixed the issue same day. Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
