We've been servicing major appliances and HVAC systems in the Greater Denver Metro area since 1955 when Lee Corman opened the doors of Lee's Appliance and Refrigeration Service on South Broadway Street. We are proud of this heritage and remain locally owned and operated. Instead, we call it the "Grandma Rule", to treat our customers as we would our own grandmother.
Dryers are composed of many moving parts and are actually fairly complicated machines. Dryers may not initially be considered that important until you find yourself in a position where your does not work. That;s typically when you realize just how much you depend on the time saving convenience they offer.
Freezers can help families save a lot of time, and even money, when they are working as intended. They allow stocking up on supplies without fear of spoilage. The mechanisms they use to keep food cool are quite complicated. There's no need to dwell on the mechanics, though. Regardless of how freezers work, there's one thing that's certain: when they stop working, food goes bad.
Homeowners may not always realize it, but most of the time the climate control systems that keep their houses comfortable are integrated HVAC systems. These provide both heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. How this is accomplished depends largely on whether the system runs on a furnace and forced-air system or a heat pump.
Microwaves are incredibly convenient. They save us incredible amounts of time and hassle, but only if they work. There are some issues that really require the help of a professional or in some instances may it may be more cost effective to replace with a new microwave. Many problems can however be fixed easily at home.

Our refrigerator stopped working, and Lee's Appliance was able to come out the next day. Cliff delivered outstanding service. He gave us a call to let us know he was 30 mins out, showed up on time, and he was courteous and knowledgeable. We had been told by another repair tech the compressor was bad, but Cliff identified the actual problem - an evaporator coil leak. I highly recommend Lee's Appliance for any repair needs! If you happen to live south of Denver, you may be lucky enough to get Cliff assigned to your service call.

Though our fridge is Not repairable they came out twice and tried everything they could! It’s a factory defect most likely. They were kind and knew that this is not the time of year to be without a refrigerator! It’s been 5 weeks. The sad side is buying a new one isn’t easy right now either. Lee’s appliance did everything they could. I would use them again.

Our LG gas range oven had started to act up. Brian came out quickly and did an evaluation. He replaced the first thing that indicated needing to be replaced with the instructions to let him know how it worked after using it as there could be additional things to do. He assured us that we would not have another service call fee on the next visit if it did not work. It was the week before Thanksgiving and it did not work. He took the time to research on LG gas ovens and came back quickly. He replace another part which he brought with him and it worked great. I appreciated that he did not replace

Lee’s Appliance and their great technician Zach saved our winter break. They were able to schedule quickly, and Zach is certified to both provide maintenance for our HVAC which had not been taken care of since before Covid, AND repair our dryer which chose now to have an issue, right as our daughter came home with all her laundry from college, and family visiting for break! Cost was reasonable, Zach was professional, polite, accommodating, on time, quick, and clean. Most of all, I was so relieved that he had the part ready and with him on his truck, as I know there are parts shortages at this

Prompt followup from assignment for GE Service Ascent. Quicker appointment than Ascent promised. Called ahead of time, well within window promised. Nice technician, very capable, did not talk down to us. Relatively easy fix, told us to call if we had further problems - which we have not had!

Today I used Lee’s Appliance Repair Service, and the technician Brian, was excellent. He arrived on time, he notified me 30 min before his arrival, as I had requested. Brian was knowledgeable and assessed the issue . The part he needed for the repair was on his van, and in about 40 minutes our freezer was repaired and we are able to store our freezer foods again without worry of too warm of temps in the refrigerator below the freezer! Brian was a 10!! But on another note, the office customer service girls, Angela specifically… They are Rock Stars and diligently worked to fit me into their schedule
