I called late on a Wednesday night as our fridge went out and received a prompt response from Ryan. He was very helpful and provided his insight even though we didn’t receive repairs since our fridge was under warranty. Called on a Sunday and had someone at my house 2 hours later. Diego did an amazing job and was very respectful of my home and had my fridge up and running. Highly recommend! Price is very affordable as well.

I called to have my washer repaired. They showed up quickly, took $125 diagnostic fee, couldnt quote a repair cost while here, promised to call me with a quote, but never did. Now I cant get them to answer my call. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I called on a Sunday night with an emergency repair to my microwave. The vent fan would not shut off. The gentleman I spoke to was able to give us advice on how to shut off the microwave. He did not push us to do an unneeded repair. He advised us that replacement would be cheaper than repairing a 15 year old microwave. He was courteous, professional and honest.

I called on Sunday for an electrical problem with my washer. I was offered a same day appointment and was advised of the additional charge for a Sunday visit. I appreciated the information being provided up front. Since it wasn't an emergency, I opted for a Monday appointment. I appreciated that I was able to get someone out so quickly.

I had removed the flanges surrounding my gas burners, couldn’t get them back on. I finally got them back on and then none of the burners would light. I called Ryan and rather than charge me a service call he told me to let them dry out (I’d washed around them) and wait 24 hours. If they didn’t light, to call him, but he didn’t want to charge me for a simple issue. That’s rare these days, most companies just charge you, come out, and tell you what they could have over the phone. I plan to use 5280 in the future.

Had an awesome experience with Ryan and Mark of 5280 Appliance Repair. Our fridge started making a terrible racket and Ryan was able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue. It took a while to get the needed parts because Ryan was looking for a less expensive solution, but when the fridge just quit working, he sent out Mark who was able to fix it with OEM parts the same day. Mark also took the time to clean the interior of the fridge while he was in there. Fridge works like new now. Kudos to these guys, super communicative, prompt, and polite.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
They NEVER did get my Refrigerator to WORK!
Started off great until they (Ryan & Adam) couldn't troubleshoot the problem.
Service guy (Adam) made appointments, he was late up to 5 hours or just didn't show up. Had to call many times to just get him out to the house. Bought a motherboard that we did not need. They (Ryan & Adam) never did figure out why the Refrigerator did not cool. (Ryan came out once)
They Never did follow up with us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We would not suggest them to do work on anything. Use caution!
