Ann was a lifesaver when my washing machine and dryer broke at the same time. She didnt give up on them and repaired them to like new status. She is extremely knowledgeable and hard working, but more importantly, she is a solid human being. Call her, you wont be disappointed and your life will be bettered after knowing her. A+++++

Unfortunately, I was out of range for her services, BUT let me tell you, she was the most helpful and nicest person I have ever spoken to. Even after she realized I was out of range, she talked me through my dryer issue and how to run a test to better diagnose the issue. And then gave me contact info for a great repairman in my area.

Ann came through again for us! I woke to a pool of water next to our fridge this past week. It stopped cooling and the ice in the ice maker turned to water and leaked out. I called Ann, and she moved heaven and earth to get us up and running. She fit us in between appointments, which I really appreciated. She had to do multiple tests to diagnose which part failed. She put a rush on ordering the part since EVERYTHING is backordered these days. It came in late the next day and she rushed over to get us up and running. Anyone else would have waited until the next day given how late it was already

Ann was fabulous. She responded to my call right away, set an appointment the next day, arrived on time and discovered we only needed a new breaker. Charged $75 for the visit which I thought was reasonable for the quick and reliable service!
